Good deals available, good communication from time of purchase to delivery.
Only minor issue is through my bank I was charged an international transfer fee when there was no mention of this at the checkout.

Poor delivery service
Poor delivery service. It took 6 days for products to deliver to sydney and before even reaching my doorstep I am getting the notification that the products are send back to sender.

Myprotein continues to use Starlink
Myprotein continues to use Starlink, one of the worst delivery companies in the world. They allegedly sign for parcels on behalf of recipients without permission and leave packages wherever they please.
When customers contact Myprotein to report that they never received their orders, Myprotein simply says the tracking shows a signature and “delivered” status, then refuses to take responsibility and tells customers to deal with it themselves.

Still awaiting my package. Shipping company isn’t contactable and the tracking number doesn’t exist. Calls are also disconnected. I reached out to my protein personally advising all this only to be told I need to contact the shipping company. Terrible customer service.

Delivery service failure
Your products are awesome, no doubt about it that's why it was my third time buying from you. But this time I have to give you guys less stars because of your delivery. I had previous issue with your delivery the last time I ordered and this time another one again. Writing this review I haven't received my order yet which has been 2 weeks already since I ordered it. I won't write whole story of what happen to my order this time as you will be able to track it with your system. I will try to order with guys for the next time since like I said I like you product but if you or your courier messed the delivery, you might have to get a reputable courier. Maybe some that can deliver to an Australia Post Center since that's where I get most of my parcels delivered to. If I will get similar experience on my next order, I'm afraid I may not buy your products anymore. Thank You

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong.
I had to deal with two seperate delivery customer services and received no help from Myprotein.
I have all the correspondence I had to write to get a delivery (available on request - at least 10 emails).
The two delivery organisations seemed to have no connection with each other and I ended up providing information to them both
The bottom line is - the delivery organisations don't delivery to PO Boxes but my order was accepted by MyProtein and then by the two delivery businesses where I had noted a PO Box. Why was this only noted when I followed up?
A new address in the same suburb was given to both delivery organisations, one of which evidently tried to deliver the protein ... , just as the other asked me for my new address even when they noted my home address in their own same email.
No one seems to know now where the package is now and I presume it is on its way back to MyProtein.
As a first time customer, it's an incredibly bad start and most likely finish too.
