Everything went wrong.
I had to deal with two seperate delivery customer services and received no help from Myprotein.
I have all the correspondence I had to write to get a delivery (available on request - at least 10 emails).
The two delivery organisations seemed to have no connection with each other and I ended up providing information to them both
The bottom line is - the delivery organisations don't delivery to PO Boxes but my order was accepted by MyProtein and then by the two delivery businesses where I had noted a PO Box. Why was this only noted when I followed up?
A new address in the same suburb was given to both delivery organisations, one of which evidently tried to deliver the protein ... , just as the other asked me for my new address even when they noted my home address in their own same email.
No one seems to know now where the package is now and I presume it is on its way back to MyProtein.
As a first time customer, it's an incredibly bad start and most likely finish too.

Good value and creatine mixes well
Good value (during sale) and creatine mixes well. Only negative is that the resealable packaging is faulty and the 'snap-lock' wont stay closed.

Bad delievery experience
The Delievery part of the process sucks, this is the 2nd time it has happened in just 3-4 orders previous ones ordered on other account that there is no delievery information.
Its been almost a week after the expected delivery date and almost 2 weeks that i have had no updates on my product delivery.
It was ordered on 22nd June and its 7 July today, some updates would be appreciated for big purchases.
Did not receive any message on account, my email is specfied but no email, and to my surprise the delivery date from their partner now shoews expected 27 July.
I would rather cancel my order than wait for 1 month for delievery, better to buy from a store.
What a horrendous experience that ypu get after paying 250$.
Likes i paid the money and i run around trying to get an update on product instead of someone who has been paid to do it.

The Protien powder is extremely sweet…
The Protien powder is extremely sweet to drink and also the after taste sweetness stays for a long time. I am feeling nausea everytime I drink. I don't blame the product brand as whole but probably the Smooth chocolate or my pack is faulty. But the customer support is not good. Only way to reach them is via the chat option in their site. But the response time is extremely slow, I had to retry chat 5-6 times.

Alright product & horrid delivery time
The product was ~alright~ however, it took over a month for it to arrive. It's very unlikely I'll shop here again.
