I haven’t tried the protein yet however we placed an order on the 30th and it’s projected to arrive on the 10th. 11 days delivery is crazy to me! Thinking a weeks worth of current stock would last us- we’ve had to go buy another tub from somewhere else to tide us over. Not a great first impression/experience thus far.

Long-Term Customer Locked Out With No Resolution
As a business owner, I have been ordering from MyProtein for almost four years without issue. Unfortunately, my last several orders have been automatically cancelled, and the only explanation provided was:
“We are currently unable to ship your order as the information provided has not met our security requirements.”
I was then advised that, due to data protection regulations, they could not tell me which details had failed their security checks.
What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of support or resolution offered. I cannot place an order while logged into my long-standing account, nor am I able to check out as a guest. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do.
As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years, it’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of purchasing products with no explanation, no solution, and no pathway to resolve the issue. Customer service should be focused on helping customers find a resolution, not simply telling them there’s nothing that can be done.
Very disappointing experience from a company I have supported for years.

Still waiting for my order
I still did not receive my order. I should have received it Thursday 28 May, we are Tuesday 2 June. I did not get any updates since Thursday, I don’t even know what’s happening with my order. Very disappointing, especially because it is the second time.

Great protein, just wait for a sale
The protein itself is awesome—mixes well and tastes great. Honestly, it’s a bit pricey at full retail, so I usually just wait until it goes on sale to stock up. Also, the freebies they throw in are pretty cheap quality, but the actual product is solid. Will definitely keep buying.
