Not Satisfactory

Naa, Just 70% battery health for a Grade B condition. Whats the difference between Grade B and C then. Significant marks were also seen on the watch. Definitely not B grade - tried to fool customers with that. In this case pay $20 extra and order from Reeblo or other refurb selling stores. Not recommended at all.

For B grade items, these are expected to be in good condition, but not necessarily in near perfect or mint condition. There can be visible signs of use such as scratches or scuffs. A grade items are the only ones expected to be in excellent cosmetic condition. All grades include the essential accessories required for the product to function, though the original box is not guaranteed.

Regarding battery health, we do not set a fixed percentage when buying items. Each device is tested to ensure the battery performs consistently, without sudden drops or spikes during use or charging. Battery percentage itself is not used as a grading factor. Grading is based on cosmetic condition and included accessories.

If the battery is functioning normally, there should be no issue with day to day use. However, if you notice any irregular performance, this would be covered under our 5 year warranty and we would be happy to assist.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the console. I purchased a 'PS4 Slim 1TB Unboxed', but it arrived covered in thick dust and dirt. It’s clear that no quality check or basic cleaning was performed before shipping. My main concern is that this lack of maintenance will lead to internal damage or overheating. I expected much better professional standards from CeX and I’m hesitant to buy here again

Incorrect product and missing accessory

I received a product that did not match the description on the website. The mouse model delivered was a lower-tier version than advertised, and the wireless dongle was missing, which is an essential component for normal use.

This made the product unusable as described. To improve, product listings should clearly and accurately reflect the exact model and included accessories, and items should be checked before dispatch to ensure all required parts are included.

the need for speed undercover wii disc…

the need for speed undercover wii disc i got a coule of months ago was unreadable after entering career mode, there was also a brown stain on the edge of the disc tray in the disc, other than that the other things ive brought have been fine

Good service

Good service, delivery arrived on time. Actual console looks top notch but it's early days. Docker it came with though has dirt on it and I personally don't think it's the quality you expect from a boxed item.

Fault battery!!

I purchased a smart watch online and when I got it I realised that the battery is running out every day which meant that the connection off the purchase wasn’t as the mentioned at grade A mint !!
Not happy at all
