Absolute terrible quality straight from China my new dress had no tags and had an awful odour - returns cost more than the product but they will give up to a 40% refund - don’t waste your money

Purchased 2 dresses colour quality size nothing as shown on website posted item back to China at consider cost for refund but fake address given 20 emails & will not give refund as item not received in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

How I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Horrible crooks posing as an Australian made and owned company. Quality of the garment is awful. Bad and obvious copy of what I thought I was buying. Stay away!

As everyone else has said, DO NOT buy from this sight. Awful products and a scam to return anything! Not even 1 star.

Absolute trash. Avoid like the plague. Ordered size 40 shoes and the flimsy rubbish that arrived would barely fit a size 38 foot. Not that you’d want to wear them- they would dissolve in a puddle. Total scam.

This is not an Australian company, it is in China.
Illfitting and wrongly sized cheap inferior clothing.
If you purchased through paypal go to paypal resolutions and they will help you with your refund. They are assisting me with mine at the moment.
Otherwise you will never see your refund. I have been seeking my refund for over 4 weeks now,and a friend suggested I reach out to Paypal which I have done.
Everything on their website is not true and there is no 60 day moneyback guarantee. This company is a scam!

Pretends to be an Australian company, goods take a month to arrive then quite different to what you ordered. Refund or exchange possible after you post back at your cost to China and they take an admin fee. Don’t buy from them

My wife ordered a dress on 18 March from what she thought was an Australian company I turns out is based in China somewhere We were also charged an international transaction fee although we paid in A$ to an Australian so called company Dress was delivered on Saturday 5th April by having is thrown over the fence even though we were home and there is a bell on the gate Will no buy anything from this company again

Garment received. Synthetic poorly made, nothing like the advertised item. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased 2 x dresses via a Facebook link. I thought I was dealing with a local boutique - turned out to be overseas which I prefer not to purchase from. I purchased on 24 Feb. Arrived 16 March. Quality and fit was very poor. Neither dress had a label on the neckline, nor care instructions. Colour didn't match the online images at all well. Very poorly sewn. When I asked to return and get a full refund, they told me it would cost more to return than the price I already payed!!! Instead they offered me a 35% discount. Very disappointed!

Received dress, poor quality and nothing like image on internet. Very disappointing- will throw away as so bad. Do not recommend!

They appear to be very concerned and willing to help you get your refund but even after the goods are returned they close down the business and re-open a new one to scam the next lot of people. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased a dress from Aubrey Sisters that cost me $80. The Stacy Casual. The description was Austrian made in Australia using a cotton blend Australian product. What I rcd with a synthetic sack, late on delivery, appeared to be made in Chiba as the port it came from was in Hong Kong, no product info including washing instructions & nothing like the image on their website. Do not shop with AubreySisiers absolute scammers.

This is not an Australian company. It is based in China and none of their products look anything like the pictures. The 60 day money back guarantee is not genuine. The garment has to be returned to China and after weeks of waiting for a response you will be lucky to get 20% back. This is a scam company. They are using website pictures but the product you receive is made from a cheap polyester fabric. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish I had read all these recent reviews about Aubrey Sisters before ordering a $74.95 AUD Stacy Dress. It has just arrived and is an ugly, baggy terrible quality cheap black mess of a dress. This business needs to be taken down - it's absolutely fraudulent.

They need no stars, they are horrible people with shit customer service
