The companies involved are total scam artists, they keep changing their names when customers cotton on to what they are. They started off using Ivory as a name stating they were a NZ family owned c... See more

Be wary - not local, and quality questionable

This company has traded under several names - Ivory Auckland, Tauranga Boutique and now Aubrey Sisters. I purchased an item in January from Ivory Auckland thinking it was a local business, and didn't realise it was not, until the item was taking more than a week to arrive. When it did arrive it was very poor quality, and did not look like the image/video on their website. I requested a return, and they offered me a 20% discount to keep the product, but I said I'd rather return it. I then had to return it to China at my own cost (using NZ Post online option - cheaper than doing it in person at a Post shop). It has taken 6 weeks to get there and clear customs, but I finally received a refund this week, less $15 they kept for admin. So I'm out of pocket $45 approx. Not a great experience and lesson learnt.

Scam

So disappointed. Thought I was purchasing from a Melbourne shop. Turns out the dress was shipped direct to me from China. A very cheap copy of the original dress. Worth $1 not the $70 I paid.

They have my money. I have no product.

I recommend you DO NOT use this company. Dropshipping and used to be called ivory Auckland. I ordered 2 shirts, received cheap Chinese products, returned the product to China at my cost and they still haven’t refunded my original purchase money. Not happy and I am looking at my legal options.

Aubrey Sisters

Aubrey Sisters – Not an Australian-Based Company!

Be cautious before ordering from Aubrey Sisters! They claim to be an Australian-based company, but their returns policy clearly indicates that they are actually a China-based supplier. This is misleading, as many customers may expect local quality, faster shipping, and easier returns.

Before purchasing, I strongly recommend reviewing their policies carefully. Based on similar online stores, you may experience long delivery times, poor-quality garments that don’t match the pictures, and difficulty getting a refund. If you’re looking for trustworthy, high-quality fashion, you might want to reconsider ordering from Aubrey Sisters.

Do your research before purchasing!

Aubrey Sisters

Aubrey Sisters - Australia. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! This website is a relaunch that was previously Ivory Auckland and there are a string of one star reviews here for their products. Exact same items on both sites, they ship from China and they're crappy quality and returns are complex
