SIM card never received. The email doesn't work, and the phone line keeps ringing endlessly. The amount has been debited, but you need to send a registered letter to get a refund for the SIM, which costs the same as the registered letter. The case is now with the bank.
This company used to have good customer support. Each time I had a problem I could speak to someone. Since the recent update of their client site both my partner and I have incorrect billing. I have been unable to get any response from their virtual chat or customer support for leaving me with no data when abroad. This is a terrible service and caused significant problems.

You have to wait more than 20 minutes to get customer service.
I lost my sim card after that i wait more than 3 weeks to replace & active but i couldn’t. I got the sim but cannot active. I call customer service & i went to the auchan supermarche but they didn’t do anything.
I call customer services several times no solution. Still I'm on wating 27 min to reach customers service.
I've been pleasantly surprised.
The service really is as inexpensive as they advertise, and I haven't seen any hidden costs. The network seems as prevalent and reliable as my old operator which cost 10x as much. The only problem is the settings which don't always work correctly, and the client portal which doesn't allow you to solve the problem yourself. You can't call or chat or e-mail the service center directly, but instead need to post on the user forums, which seems an odd place for resolving a problem specific to one account. Still, they're fairly responsive when you post, and usually sort out the situation within 24h.
