Misleading information given by Auctelia

This is the second time that I don’t receive the correct quantity.
They said a box contains 50 pcs, but it is only 48. But I paid for 50!
The first time I haven’t informed them about it, now I did.
Although they sell goods on behalf of their client, when a problem occurs, they withdraw themselves. The say they will contact the seller and he needs to contact me.
In my opinion, a poor customer service. They only want to earn money as quick and easy as possible, also by giving incorrect information.
Never buy something from them!

Glad I bought something small first.

Glad I bought something small first.

Seller didn't want to send my items for the listed shipping price. Contacted Auctelia about it. Auctelia says it's none of their business, and they claim they cannot refund any money since auctions may use a legally binding contract.

I don't care to go into further discussions for a small order like this. But I certainly won't buy anything big from there.

Reminder: although Auctelia won't admit it, they do not adhere to all rules to be considered an online auction site (see eccbelgium, the information about online auctions)

So if you are a private person buying from a professional seller, you do have the regular consumer rights (including 14-days withdrawal rights). But you will have to force the seller to adhere to it.
