The support team is very quick and helpful.
However, the app on my Mac is a bit buggy eversince. A while ago it did not work at all (because of an update from Tidal). Now it is basically working, but quite slow because of long delay with 0.0% after completing the file.

They responded quickly and helped me with my problem immediately. Granted, it was a simple one, still, very much appreciated

The answere for my question was quick and efficient. Mila wrote me a clear (and kind) guidance, solving my problem in one step.
This is a really great app, with an excellent support!

I had a big problem with my Laptop “the dreaded blue screen of death” My hard drive got fragged !!! Oh no ! I replaced it with a new and better one but all my apps and documents were in oblivion…Very tedious times . I reached out to Audfree for my credentials so I could reinstall my lost apps and it was as smooth as silk . I got an immediate response and was back in business ..Thanks to support@audfree ..excellent work!! 5 stars all the way fantastic service ..thank you 😉

I recently upgraded my PC and having purchased a lifetime licence back in 2020 for the product found it would not register, sent in a request to support and Mila answered very quickly and sorted the problem out for me in just a few minutes, ace service

Perfect software for song rips from Tidal to PC :) I am using it for a few years and it helped me a lot.

Very good product and very helpfull. I can save the WAV and Lossless files with a good fidelity to play everywere as a DJ. Also, I had a very good support from the Audfree's team.

Scam company that takes your money and then doesn't send a working code so you can unlock the software, then keeps trying to charge a subscription. It's nothing but a SCAM. Don't fall for it.

amazing service - highly reccomended

Poor customer service. Was unaware I was signing up to a subscription. No easy way to cancel the subscription and the information in the faq on how to do so is incorrect. Deliberately do this just to scam money out of you through a subscription you don’t want.

Great product and most of all excellent customer service.

I've been using Audfree since 2019 and it's working great! The only item I'd change is how to move the license from one computer to a new one, which normally I email their support and their response is quite fast

App works Great! But an App is only as good as the Support behind the Product.
The Support is Perfekt. Fast, Friendly and very helpful!! I‘ve bought the App a many times and i‘ be never regiertes the purchase!

Nightmare to cancel, cancelled my monthly contract with them & then get an email out the blue saying I'll be billed for next month. They say contact paddle but they just refer you back. I wouldn't go near this company

it works so well, listening to my music offline in wav format great!
