Bad experience during warranty claim

Bad experience during warranty claim. It was a manufacturing issue. right earbud stopped working properly after 1 week of use. It had a battery issue and it only worked for 20 minutes before shutting down. the customer care center even after realizing that it had a manufacturing issue asked to pay more amount to get it fixed.

Bad experience on warranty claim

Bad experience on warranty claim, they offer all feature and also not providing warranty claim on that features as they have mentioned clearly on its warranty card policy, totally useless and waste of money, i don't recommend this product's. they mentioned that its water resist, but they will not accept liquid damage as they mentioned on warranty card.

Bad marketing tactics .......

Bad marketing tactics .......!
Sell their all defected inventory on discounted sales with 1 year warranty claim and when some one claims they do charge for its service and shipping.
You have to bound for visit again and again that it didn't came. No response on call. Such a pathetic service they are giving.

Worst customer service

Audionic product are good but they have worst customer service. I ordered audionic wireless airbuds 590 it got dispatched and it hasn't reached yet. When wrote a complaint, they didn't give me any answer and when I called their help line they were not picking up.

Worst company

Worst company. Had worst experience. Faulty products. Then they ask you to get it checked at Danny tech Lahore. They charge you for that. Then again the products aren't working. I wouldn't recommend this company neither will I shop from them ever again.

I ordered online

I ordered online, the volume of the product was very low and i wanted to return it or exchange it with another product. They did not allow return and not even replacement with another product. Not recommended at all!

Worst sound company!!!!
Audionic has the worst customer service.I bought airbud 2 pro and it was defective.I did not even use it once.Then I visited warranty center, they demanded money for repairing it, I claimed for replacement.They gave me replacement on next visit.But it is again not working. I made complaint again this, they are saying to visit warranty center again
I think local products from daraz are better than this, kmzkm ek mahina to nikal leti hogi. They are selling faulty products

The worst customer service ever by audionic

The worst customer service ever they didn’t receive my call
My product audionic pace8 5.1 is still in warranty pair but they didn’t fix it i use to purchase that product December 17-2022 and on 03 -june-2023 the woofer stopped working then i contacted to there site audionic.com and also on dany.com but still they didn’t gave any response. Then i take it to local repairing lab they tell me about the internals. Audionic gaves 3 channels for operate 5 speakers and 1 subwoofer. Audionic is charging too much for this product and making people fool . Then the local one made it better as he can. But audionic is not sound master. Audionic is master in bad quality and making people fool

I purchased the charger S-30 Mobile…

I purchased the charger S-30 Mobile Charger
which cost me 530 rupees, after a week get faulty, doesn't work, I complaint regarding it, they said to visit to Dany center Lahore for maintenance, now I have to spend extra 500 for the the maintenance, It means, it cost me 1000 repees, I really don't recommend audionic.

Worst sound company

Audionic has the worst customer service.I bought a new head set and it was defective.I did not even use it once.Then i had a guaranteed card .They fixed it. But ot again got damaged.I Used guaranteed card again and now they are asking me to pay for damages .And it has been about three times delayed the process.And i dont have my headset back. I advise you to buy from a pathan on road then from audionic.PATHETIC SERVICE . SO IRRESPONSIBLE

There service and products are bad warranty and return policy is also very poor i have claim my product in warranty they ask me for 12 days now after 30 days they ask me wait 4days again
