We worked with Audley Travel to book our 2 week trip to Bath, The Cotswolds, London and Edinburgh. Our consultant, Lily, was excellent to work with. She listened to our priorities and tailored the trip to meet our expectations. Everything they set up came off without a hitch! The drivers were prompt and friendly and all the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. The hotels were well located, comfortable and quiet. This was the second trip with Audley Travel and we have been very happy with both trips! We highly recommend this company.

What makes Audley different is the amazing personal service you receive from start to finish . Ben Attenborough our Audley rep helped us reorganise our trip to a later date after a family accident . Rather than finding problems with this change he always found solutions.
We really appreciated little points of detail on our trip such as meet and greet at the airport, excellent guides always on time and knowledge . The hotel choices were excellent and delivered the sort of accommodation that we had discussed with Ben that we were looking for .

Our trip was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Our trip was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We used Audley Travel for the first time. The agent dealing with us from start to finish was Robyn Hutchons. The holiday from Manchester to Cape Town via Dubai. Then, following an itinerary, 4 days in Cape Town, transfer to Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls again, 4 days. Transfer back to South Africa. Overnight stay at Olivers Lodge, White River, before a scenic road transfer to Xanatseni Private Camp, 4 days in all. Then a return to Manchester from Johannesburg Tambo Airport. All accommodation was superb. There were numerous pre-booked trips. All of this, with all internal transfers, was superbly co-ordinated and flowed seamlessly. Robyn was the perfect arranger; she asked us all the right questions and advised on changing the dates due to the seasonal weather on the trip. This ensured the best experience possible. She has kept in contact throughout, even calling today after our return to ensure we were satisfied. All in all, a fantastic experience and a great travel company.

I had the pleasure of being in contact with Audrey Travel and their travel agent, Mat, while planning a tailor-made trip to Indonesia. Although the trip unfortunately did not go ahead this time due to some unexpected personal circumstances, I still wanted to share my very positive experience.
From the very first contact, I felt that they (Mat) genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. The itinerary they put together was truly tailored to my wishes, needs, and interests, and it was clear that a great deal of knowledge, experience, and care had gone into the planning.
I was very impressed by how professional and well-organized the whole process felt, while at the same time the communication was personal, friendly, and attentive. It is not often that you come across someone who puts this much effort into creating the right experience for you, even before anything has been booked.
Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I had to put my travel plans on hold this time. This was in no way related to Audrey Travel or Mat – quite the opposite. I was so impressed with the service, communication, and itinerary they created that I will definitely be getting back in touch when the time is right.
I can highly recommend Audrey Travel and Mat to anyone looking for a thoughtful, personal, and genuinely tailor-made travel experience. I very much hope to make my Indonesia trip a reality with you at a later date!

I will never go to Vietnam again! I went during the Tet celebrations (Lunar New Year, which I found out through a friend in Vietnam). She also told me that everything would be closed as well. I asked my travel agent about this and he said everything would be fine. Nothing was open (not even the indoor market) in Ho Chi Minh. I think I had 4 different tour guides in 4 days because of the fact it was a public holiday. I told my travel agent that it would be my birthday whilst I'm there, he totally ignored that (much to the tour guide's horror of not being told!). I'm 51 years old and he was getting me up at stupido'clock in the morning to do ANOTHER food tour! Then he got me to go on a bicycle to my next tour. I haven't ridden a bike for 30 odd year! It absolutely hammered down and in all fairness it was the tour guide and the family that day that made it enjoyable.
The last week of my holiday I was accommodated in a beach resort. I hated it! It's a no smoking "resort" so that means you cannot smoke anywhere in the open. I will not tell you what I thought of the other guests in that resort. Such a shame because the staff were amazing! SHAME ON YOU! It has put me off going to Vietnam ever again.
When I asked for a detailed invoice, I had a summary!
I honestly don't think that this holiday of a life time was worth £13,000!! I think the travel agent has walked away with a lot of that money!

As a single parent, I always rely on Audley Travel to help me plan my holidays. I know that I can rely on them to find me places to go that are safe, yet exciting enough to keep us all entertained. Every holiday they have recommended for me has been amazing, but this summer's holiday surpassed our expectations. My sons and I went to Tanzania on Safari in June, and we followed this with a beach holiday in Zanzibar. Isabelle Evans helped plan our trip from the outset, and everything worked like clockwork. We spent four wonderful days at the Selous Kulinda Camp, where we did as many of the safari trips as we could; day, sunrise, sunset, night, walking, river. The guide was superb and we were so well looked after by the camp staff. We needed a bit of luxury after our safari experience and our week-long stay at the Breezes Beach Club and Spa Hotel in Zanzibar was luxurious and the staff were so attentive and kind. They really can't do enough for you. This really was the trip of a lifetime for us and I highly recommend Isabelle for her wonderful guidance, her attention to detail and her patience. Thank you Audley!

I'd like to start by Thanking Audley Travel and in particular, Ben Attenborough, for the most Perfect trip to Kapama River Lodge in South Africa.
We were a party of two couples who wanted to experience a Luxury Safari Holiday and Audley delivered on every level.
They responded to our every request from the flights to the accommodation and were so easy to contact and get a response to each and every question or query that we may have had.
We had a lovely surprise of a bottle of bubbly when all of our trip was confirmed and paid for and we also received the most comprehensive booklet with all of our Itinerary from flights to accommodation, internal flights and tips on the local area.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations 10 fold and we will definitely return to Audley when we are planning our next adventure!

My experience with Audley from start to finish was exceptional. Charlotte was nothing but helpful and attentive to ensure that my trip to Borneo was tailored to my family’s needs. Everything from the introductory scoping calls and pre departure gift box to the actual trip itself went beyond my expectations. I will certainly use Audley again and thanks to Charlotte for such a well planned trip.

Audley delivered another outstanding family holiday for us — our second trip with them after an equally brilliant adventure to Japan in 2025. We’re very happy returning customers, and this Sri Lanka journey proved exactly why.

Our consultant Lydia created a superb itinerary full of wildlife, culture, adventure, and luxury — all incredible value for money. We stayed in beautiful hotels and visited unforgettable places including Wilpattu, Sigiriya, Ella, Kandy, and Arugam Bay.

We saw leopards, elephants, mongoose, geckos, lizards, and so much more. My teenage sons loved every minute.

The standout was our chauffeur‑guide Haresh Cooray. He made the trip. His knowledge, care, humour, and attention to detail transformed a great holiday into an exceptional one. Audley should recognise how brilliant he is.

Sri Lanka is one of the friendliest countries we’ve ever visited, and Audley showed it to us at its very best — just as they did in Japan. We’ll absolutely travel with them again. Five stars.

Robyn organised our safari to Tanzania followed by a relaxing time in Zanzibar. Robyn's communication was great and her inside knowledge was invaluable. She answered any questions I had promptly and called us a couple of days before to make sure we hadn't missed anything. The webinar Audley also put was great for tips and advice.
We loved the Audley app for our trip which had all the information we needed, as well as a journal option to add photos and notes of our trip. We also received a gift with lots of goodies in there for us!
We put all our trust in Robyn and she delivered! The safari at Nyerere was incredible!! The camp, perfect for us with exceptional service. Zanzibar did not disappoint either and we had the most beautiful hotel, again with outstanding service.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audley and will use their services again.

We’ve used Audley a few times. This time Sophie arranged our trip to Alaska. We are still there but have finished the hard land based element and onto the easier cruise part. Fair to say we’ve had a few minor hiccups along the way but every time we needed Audley Sophie was quick to respond and make any adjustments etc. The reason for doing travel bookings through an agent is so they can be there when you need a little extra help. Really impressed with the trip and service. Thank you Sophie.

We chose Audley for our honeymoon and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Anna knows Kenya back to front and suggested excellent places to stay, was very efficient at arranging what we wanted (in spite of limited availability) and we felt in very safe hands throughout. The trip was absolutely amazing and went very smoothly (but if it hadn't, we had plenty of support to draw on). All the information Audley provided was very useful, thorough, and prepared us well. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing holiday and I can't recommend Audley highly enough.

We are two professional photographers. We asked our Audley rep for a two week self-directed tour that was off the beaten path. NO "tourist traps". She took care of hotel bookings and 4x4 vehicle rentals. She then provided us with detailed descriptions of many out of the way things that could be explored, giving us a time-saving framework but not limiting us in any way. She also provided recommendations of places to eat. Our goal was to stick to dirt roads and avoid contact with other humans. Certainly not a typical tour, but it allowed us to do photography 20 hours every day with almost no distractions. There were days when we never saw another person or even a car. It was PERFECT!! The hotels were all comfortable, and the food was so good and beautifully presented that we actually photographed it. I have traveled all over the world doing photography. After this trip, I will never use anybody but Audley for future travels. AWESOME!!!!!

In August my mom and I went on a safari in Tanzania to fulfill a lifelong dream. Every part of our trip was personalized and made us feel special and seen. Stephanie helped us plan the trip of a lifetime and we are grateful for her care and dedication to creating a truly lifechanging experience. From the excursions to hotels, she listened and surpassed all our expectations (even my birthday was celebrated out on safari!). All we needed to do was show up! It was a worry free, low stress trip where we were able to relax and fully enjoy the wonders of being on safari. All of our plane transfers, tickets, and reservations were handled. If I could do the trip again I wouldn't change a thing. I would recommend Audley and Stephanie to anyone and everyone looking to go on safari or anywhere else in the world. The commitment, knowledge, and care is unmatched.

We have just returned from an absolutely incredible honeymoon in Tanzania organised by Harriet and can’t thank her and Audley enough for creating such a memorable trip for us. The whole trip was seamless and far beyond anything we imagined, the quality of the lodges chosen and advice given with how we spend our days was so beneficial and we couldn’t have planned such a trip on our own. We went on a family Safari in Selous Impala then to Zuri Zanzibar then to Stone Town. Utterly amazing and Audley are so thorough and helpful. Safari exceeded our expectations 10 fold both in terms of the animals we saw close up and the our Guide. Food was so healthy and tasty. Zuri gardens incredible, staff so friendly and beach is fab. Stone Town is memorable and stayed at Serena Hotel. Whole trip was paradise thank you Marcha at Audley

Just returned from an amazing trip to Borneo and Malaysia with Audley travel. We like to be fully involved in the planning of our trips and specialist David Walters did a great job finding the experiences that were right for us and putting up with our never ending questions! Once on the trip things went like clockwork leaving us free to concentrate on the experience and not the logistics!
