Not for cobblestones and bumpy roads
I do think the scooter is far more lightweight than others but this means it has barely any absorption when it comes to bumps and holes on the road. I live in Rome, covered largely in cobblestones and uneven cemented roads. After nearly 5 months I have developed significant back pain and I'm not sure I'll be able to continue using it if I want the ache to go away. I have also noticed that the cumulative cost is much (much) higher than many other scooters on the market that would probably deal better with the roads here given bigger wheels and overall more solid structure. All in all I deeply regret signing the subscription and committing to 24 months. I am sure my back regrets it also. The support team also takes long to respond and isn't very thorough but it might be a national thing since everything seems to be less efficient here in Italy.

E-scooter ES210 - Horrible purchase
After one year of use I am NOT satisfied with the E-scooter ES210.
I wasn't satisfied from day one!
-The battery does not last long, drains after a few short rides.
-Riding it feels rough despite the one air inflated tire, you feel every small bump on the road, this drains your feet!
-It drives slow, when going down hill you can feel that it even holds back and forces not going over the speed limit.
-Braking is not consistent, one time it brakes too hard and the next not at all.
-The app is annoying, after a few times of turning the scooter on and off it automatically locks itself. This can only be unlocked by the app with location/blue-tooth/mobile data turned on. If your phone is drained or have no mobile data you can walk home.
- At the bottom of the steering wheel where you can fold the scooter there are a couple of screws that continuously get loose. This even happens after a 15 min drive. Resulting in you steering wheel rocking back and forth. EVERY TIME you take the scooter out.
I have had scooters for half the price with batteries lasting longer, driving faster, driving smoother (even with two airless tires).
This was the worst purchase in recent years!
Augment the 🐐🐐
I had a e scooter before getting an augment that I got from mediamarkt it was the worst thing I ever had to get to work google maps used to say it was 27 mins but w the e scooter from media it took me over 40 minutes and after it broke down in a week I decided to get an augment the shipping was amazing fast and professional and I didn't have a single problem except the charger blowing up in my hands but that was quickly replaced all in all I really reccomend and it brought my work distance shorter I get to work in about 19mins from my house it's 7.8km away

It was fast and reliable scooter.. I used it for work and home service or roam around the town with ease. Climbing up a hill has no problem with this scoot. The only downside is you can't use it on rainy days. I suggest that augment should make a scoot that can be use on rainy and snowy days, like waterproof and wheels have spikes like the electric bikes. I think this would give the scooter more versatility when it comes in usability.
Overpriced HX X8 Scooter
Never trust them. Bunch of unprofessional freelancers that does not know definition of customer service. Deliveries are always next week. Fix your scooter by yourself (like tyres, stuff, etc). No response in 30 minutes (as said on website) minimum waiting time is 12-24 hours + 6-7 working days for delivery. Scooter is very easy to be stolen, no battery protection so people just can take battery away. Real cost of scooter (HX X8 Model) on aliexpress is around 300 USD and they selling it for 800 EUR without proper customer service and this explains everything
