My experience of the back office services is great as the parcel have been lost by the forwarder and the goods has been replaced quite quickly.
And the shoes are perfect.
So for sure I will buy again

Great quality, very supple leather, but for some reason they look better in the website photos than on my feet. I was also surprised because I had purchased the black patent from Galeries Lafeyette in pristine condition beautifully wrapped with dust bag, but the cream from the official site came with quite a long scratch and no dust bag. Still, they are beautiful!

Would NOT answer my questions in a…
Would NOT answer my questions in a chat, about exchange rates (that were off according to my question) which had there been fair and open communication, no problem answering… suddenly we got disconnected. Hmmmm? Also unanswered were additional fees that were incorporated into the charges. They were being shipped from Spain; I get that, but there was also a shipping fee. Ana, the manager, refused to answer any of these reasonable questions. She said I had to make to purchase FIRST. If there had been fair charges they could have and should have been explained with no hesitation. I found it to be very suspicious…. As it always should be seen when someone appears to be hiding something. Pretty shoes ~ Suspicious customer service, for sure. Buyer beware! So glad I didn’t go for this one.

Not trustworthy - very light quality
Ordered shoes at DKK1650 + DKK50 freight. Had to return items due to poor fit with my feet and quality not relating to price.
Returned the shoes and expected reimbursement of DKK1650 -DKK50 freight = DKK1600.
To my surprise real reimbursement amounted to DKK1478.
When requested, Augustathebrand refused to reconsider and send me the full reimbursement.
DKK222 return fee is just not fair.
