Terrible company I ordered a Cardigan on the 28th November and still haven’t received it…..after several emails I eventually got a response saying there was a delay due to Black Friday. I have since sent several emails asking for a refund - no response. An Appalling way to treat customers especially when a lot of people will be ordering Christmas presents….i have lost hope of it arriving in time Christmas. Why take peoples money if u have no intention of sending the products !!!

Some customers may feel frustrated after shipping delays or unusual delivery times. While it did take some time to arrive, the quality is outstanding for the price. Considering this is still a small brand, minor issues are understandable. Their customer service took little less than 24 hours to respond, they are also on different time zones. Overall, Im glad I purchased a variety of pieces, they are all worth it.
Ordered on 28th November and by 19th December the item had still not been dispatched. I contacted customer service multiple times and only received the same copy-and-paste response saying it was a busy period and the order would be shipped “in the coming days.” No tracking, no dispatch, no clear answers.
Due to the delays and poor service, I cancelled the order. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.
Ordered a cardigan jacket which states fast uk shipping on 8 December. Still not been despatched. Have emailed to be told Black Friday and holiday were causing delays. Informed them twice that the website did not say this and item still on there still states fast dispatch date. Have asked how I cancel order and receive refund (twice) and received no answer. Do not order from this company. I see many reviews on here state similar issues.
Forget them. Ordered a jacket that came with a hole in a seam. Says they have a 14day refund policy with broken items. Didn’t even reply, stay away from them.. Jacket went straight into the bin, and clothing lenght doesn’t even match the website.
The quality is way better than anything I’ve bought at this price point. I have jackets that cost double and don’t feel this good. The zipper is sturdy, the material is heavy and soft, and you can tell it’s gonna hold up after washing. I’ve washed my hoodie twice already and it still looks brand new.
Still waiting... Ordered a jacket on 1.12.2025 for grandson with expectation of delivery within a week. Plenty of time for delivery for Xmas. I really dislike ordering from sites I don't know but this was the jacket he wanted.
My instinct was correct - I have heard nothing but a confirmation about the order. After contacting them via the website 3 times, still nothing. I have just tried to email. There is no contact number for them to call. No response whatsoever. I notice the same item is saying delivery on 17.12.2025. Really? Please rethink your purchase

I originally found Aumille through a friend and bought one pair of trousers to try. A year later, half my wardrobe is from them. Customer service has always been helpful, and the pieces hold up after constant wear. The price is fair for what you get, and the packaging always feels thoughtful.
Good quality, even with transport problems they were specular in solving the problem, they have already improved the delivery system so it won't happen anymore it will take so long, give them a new opportunity that they deserve

Guys listen, when I read the reviews of other people I thought it might me scam and I was getting risky when buying here. I bought a knitted black mohair sweater from Aumille. I waited for like a couple of weeks, there were no updates and I thought that’s just a scam. But then I finally got it and I have to tell you that’s actually amazing! The material, size, everything is just perfect!
I love the jacket and it fits well. But shipping took a little bit long. I also forgot to use the buy 2 get 3 coupon and got help fast with that.
Came in 5 of ordering too UK with fedex tracking packaging and branding very nice and the boxy puffer coat is quality very underrated brand

Poor Customer Care and just bullshit.
Dont get me wrong their clothes look nice but the quality isnt there yet, ive had this navy hoodie for a month or two and its starting to show its "quality". It has formed these little knots on the surface, the hoodie string tip fell off and the string itself is weird (starting to break). Apparently its made from "luxury fabric" but there isnt a single label that shows what the luxury fabric is. For 90€ this IS NOT WORTH IT. I wish it wouldve been better quality because i really like the looks. 5/10
