CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T EXIST !!!

I purchased the "BLACK MOHAIR KNITWEAR" in size S.
First of all, I received my order about a month after purchase.
Furthermore, as the jumper was too small, I sent an email to Aumille requesting a return or exchange for a size M, but received no response.
I sent emails on 12, 22 and 24 October and 8 November 2025, but received no response. I requested a return on their website and they replied "we will get back to you", but it has now been two months.
I reported their website to the DGCCRF and the CEC and sent them a formal notice. If you buy from this website, be careful to choose the right size and make sure you like the item because it is impossible to return it.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered a hoodie on Sept 20th. The goods arrived 17th November. The jumper is too big, I’ve now been waiting 10 days for someone to ‘approve’ my return. I’ve emailed numerous times and contacted them via instagram. It’s disgusting service. Order ref: 13080.

I ordered 2 hoodies from Aumille one…

I ordered 2 hoodies from Aumille one navy zip and one grey hoodie both size M i love the grey hoodie it got everything ive been searching for in a hoodie, but the navy zip didnt fit like i wanted it to so I tried emailing them for a return which they have not been answering to, making me wonder if they be even answering emails. I would really rate this a 5 star if they had answered my return email.

Extreme dissatisfaction

I must express my utmost dissatisfaction regarding Aumille’s service.

I ordered a zip up hoodie on 1st September. After more than 1 month I wrote 2 (+1) emails, formal complaints regarding the product. I received a reply to the second complaint with this single sentence: “ Hi, ups lost the package but we will send a new one this week.”
It was on 21st October. I did not even receive a shipping tracker link.
I did write again 8 days later, no response at all.

As a customer, I believe I have the right to pinpoint deligery, transparency and proper customer service. None of these circumstances have been provided in, as I can see, not just mine but in several other cases too.

As the company did not manage to provide me a satisfactory response, I will escalate the matter through external channels, including payment dispute procedures and filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service, I ordered a navy hooded cardigan close to two months ago, and I haven’t heard anything since, I didn’t get a tracking email or anything. I’ve emailed them for help, messaged them on Instagram and tiktok multiple times but they still aren’t replying nor helping. If i was you stay away from this company as they are not trustworthy and about as helpful as a glass hammer. order number is #13161

update: my product finally arrived after waiting nearly 2 months without hearing anything from them, no email to say it was on its way, no tracking, no message to even say it had arrived. however it is a very nice jacket and looks very professional and high quality, be prepared to wait long times for your product.

I bought a navy cardigan from Aumille and I musst say I’m extremely happy with the product. The shipping only took 3 days to Germany and the quality in general is incredible. The customer service is also trustworthy helpful and replies fast.

Unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I still haven’t received my jacket, and according to the tracking information it has been stuck in Belgium for far too long. On top of that, you haven’t responded to any of my messages — neither my Instagram DMs nor my emails.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on my order and a clear explanation of what is going on.

Still waiting for delivery.

Still waiting for delivery.
After almost 2 Month.
Costumerservice keeps pushing delivery further and further away.
It should not be alllowed to withdraw the amount that Long in advance.
Truly hope that my teenager hasen’t lost quite a lot of money being naive and faling for items shows on Tik Tok from this brand. He ordered at the 20th of September. And e have still not received anything.

Scammers

Scammers. Ordered 30. august and still haven’t got my package. The package is in a ups warehouse and has been there for almost 1 month. Aumille won’t answer emails and ups doesn’t seem to bother helping. Do not buy from this website

I ordered a navy cardigan on september…

I ordered a navy cardigan on september 29th as a present for my brother, and I haven't received when my order will arrive. It has been a month since I made my order at Aumille. I mailed them and they haven't given me an answer about my order.

Edit: I got a mail that my order (#13544) is ready to be shipped, but it's still stuck in Belgium.

Ordered from a pre-order which was the hooded cardigan on September 20th. I received an email that my order was confirmed but nothing has been updated yet. I bought venice trousers and had them…

I bought venice trousers and had them for about 2 weeks and unfortunately the tie at the bottom snapped. I contacted the team and received a quick response. They straight away offered me a replacement or credit for the same amount. I requested a replacement for which I received tracking for straight away. Honestly, this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever received. Can’t thank them enough for a seamless resolution!
