Aura Brand Usa 

I ordered my product on December 23, 2025 and it said it was shipped but then offered no tracking information and product never arrived. I have reached out numerous times with no response. I guess the joke is on me. Scam.

Claim to be selling nodpod sleep mask. Ordered 3 as Christmas gifts. They all came as fake knock off in plastic bags. Filing it’s fraud on my CC

It's a scam! I placed an order around Christmas, it said it shipped, but when I go to track the shipping through Shop, it goes to a page saying the store is unavailable.

Same experience as others. I placed an order in December, received an email on 12/24 that the order is shipped but does not have any tracking information. I reached out to customer service via email several times and did not receive a single response. Today I’m trying to locate a phone number and their website is completely down.

I ordered “Dr Melaxin -Cemenrete Calcium Multi Balm”. But instead, I waited over a month before my package arrived… to find a similar colored product with a generic label of “Calcium Volume Multi Balm”.
Not what I ordered. Not what was pictured and advertised. I should have read reviews before ordering. (That’s on me). But I’m luckier than most, as I actually received a package !

Like others have said complete scam operation. Paid for expedited shipping, product never arrived after it said it was shipped a while ago. Contacted them, no response, and now their website is down. COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY

I should have never bought from them! They are a scam, never got my product! It’s been months since I ordered it and I am unable to get ahold of anyone from the company. I wish I would have checked these reviews before ordering. I definitely will next time!

I, like many of the others, ordered what I thought was the Nod Pod 3 pack. They took my money and have never responded to any of my emails. I tried to cancel several times before Christmas and got nothing. I received a small package on 1/2/26 and I know it's not 3 Nod Pods that are packaged in a canister. I saw somewhere where they said they were NOT ALLOWED to use the Aura Brand USA name anymore DUH because you are a Chinese fake knock off. I'm still going to fight them. I will never let myself fall for this kind of stuff again. I am so mad!

I highly recommend the Original Therava 3-in-1 Back Massager from Aura Brand Usa. It’s helped reduce stiffness in my shoulders and back, and I feel relaxed after each session. Worth it!

Hate giving them even one state. Do Not order from this company! Order not received, no tracking, terrible customer service!

I ordered a Nodpod sleep mask on 12/9/25, never received any order confirmation or updates. I emailed on 12/23/25 and was told being shipped. Received a sleep mask but not the Nodpod - paid $40 for something not even worth $5! Aura USA is Not returning my emails to return this product

This company advertised a knock off product - even though the photos of the product on their website indicate the genuine brand. In addition they will not respond to a "guaranteed" return policy and have not responded to multiple attempts to secure a return format

After adding Melaxin from Aura Brand USA to my routine, my complexion felt smoother and healthier. I truly enjoyed this skincare experience and feel great.

Ordered 2x “miracle Brush” got something very different! I could have shopped at the $2 store and got what I received.

The communication’s extremely difficult as its email and the number supplied in the order you can’t call as it’s a US number and goes to message bank after 29 seconds.

Disappointed is an understatement as I’ve been waiting for ages for these to arrive and really was looking forward to them as I’ve see they hype everywhere regarding the miracle brushes and when I opened the packaging the pic on the box was different as was the actual brush to what’s on the website but also different from the reviews other site as well. If I don’t get a response in a timely manner I am going to seek a refund because this is just ridiculous not only that but they’re meant to be from the US however these arrived from wuhan, China.

Do not order, SCAM!!!
I ordered a Nodpod for a white elephant gift, not only did it take forever to get to me and I had to get another white elephant gift, when I finally got it, it is not Nodpod! Cheaply made, dollar store type weight mask. Definitely not worth 39.99, I wouldn’t even pay 5 dollars for it. It’s advertised as an actual NodPod. It also says Aura Brand USA, and their stuff is not from USA Because it was shipped from China. Do not order from here.

It seems the website has shut down for USA, but now there is the exact same website but it’s Aura brand AUS- I’m assuming trying to focus on Australia!

Ordered 4 Nodpods sleep masks. On Aura’s website it showed the Nodpod Brand box so I assumed they sold the original weighted sleep masks. Instead I received knockoffs that are very cheaply made with no Nodpod logo. They came in little plastic bags instead of the Nodpod box. Don’t order anything from this company!!!!! They are impossible to reach!!

I ordered a Nodpod sleep mask on 12/4. It took FOREVER to come and there was no way to track the package. I communicated with Aura 3 different times and they simply said it was "on the way". Finally got a tracking number out of them and saw the package was coming from China. It finally arrived and it was crumpled up in a plastic bag with no branding at all and very poor stitching. I sent photos to Aura and they sent a very generic response. Both the product AND the customer service were bad. Avoid this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wanted to post this to warn others about the unreliability of this site. Ordered 3 nodpods for Xmas gifts, which never arrived and customer service offered no refund or help. Never ever purchasing from here again.

I ordered 3 nodpods and they were not in the original packaging and were counterfeits. They were also shipped from China from uniuni. Still waiting on a response from the company. This is disappointing.

Company is a SCAM. Ordered a product a month ago still haven’t received it, they took 90.00 from me. No way of getting ahold of anyone. DO NOT ORDERE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
