Aura Brand Usa 

I used Aura Hair Growth Accelerator from Aura Brand USA daily and noticed stronger, fuller hair in weeks. It's easy to use and effective, and I'm pleased overall.

I am in the middle of trying to resolve shipping issues with imitated communication that has not yet rendered response. I am highly disappointed and will move forward with an attempt to cancel this purchase and seek a refund. I would not recommend moving forward with a purchase through this website.

Fraudulent company! Product I bought was a knock off. Definitely not the real thing and not in the companies proper packaging.

For starters, I paid extra for fast shipping, it took almost a month to arrive. Tracking showed it came from China. Return Address is from an idividual person's name in California.

But, I guess I am luckier than most because a product did arrive. I ordered a Dr. Melaxin Calcium Balm and recieved something that resembles said product but, has no branding. I believe it is a counterfeit product.

I have tried a couple of different email addresses from their website, with no response. I can not find their "live chat" icon, as recommended, either. So, there really is no way to contact anyone.

I'd say this company is a complete scam. Do not order from them!

I ordered a gift on December 9 after the website stated only a few days of processing. A week later, I received an email saying my order was delayed but would ship later that day. It never shipped.

From that point forward, I repeatedly emailed customer service asking for confirmation that it had shipped and—most importantly—whether it would arrive by Christmas, as it was a gift for my niece who would only be home briefly for the holiday. Every response I received was vague and non-responsive, repeatedly stating only that my order was “processing” or “being prioritized,” with no tracking number, no ship date, and no delivery estimate.

On December 20 and again on December 22, I asked a direct yes-or-no question: Will this arrive by Christmas? They never answered. Instead, they continued to send generic responses about high order volume while avoiding the actual question.

Because they failed to be honest or transparent, I had to send my niece a gift card on Christmas, and she had nothing to open with the rest of the family, which was extremely disappointing.

Only after Christmas, and only after I demanded it, did they issue a refund—without addressing the situation or acknowledging the impact their lack of communication caused.

Delays happen. What’s unacceptable is misleading emails, vague responses, and refusing to give customers straightforward answers, especially during the holidays. I would not trust this company with time-sensitive orders or gifts.

Scam company - tracking on item shows indefinitely "waiting for details". Contacted the seller and they never responded. Do not order from Aura Brand USA.

Zero. Totally scam! Took my money and never sent product. No response to my email and no other way to contact them. Do not trust!

I bought something from them on Dec 1st. They have USA in their name so i was shocked to find out my package is coming from China. They advertise a 4 to 10 days delivery. Today is Dec 24th and its still not here yet. The best part is I paid for faster shipping. Joke is on me. Dont buy from them.
Update. It came Dec 30th and it was not what i ordered. It looks like a cheaper pad. I emailed them for a refund and three days later, no reply.

Complete scam! Just took my money - never received my product . DO NOT order from them!

SCAMMM!! Nobody responds to emails and the product never arrives. They just take your money. No confirmation or receipts. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. It’s a scam. My package never arrived and they didn’t respond to any emails. Why this site is being allowed to operate is beyond me. Scam

Ordered my product in November and have never received anything. Same senerio as all the other reviews.

I receive my product after I wrote this review, only to receive a knock off. It's not Peter Thomas Roth that they show in the video. Lesson learned... read reviews before you buy!

Scammer. Order 12/06 and no order update whatsoever. Found out they are operating under another LLC called North Scale LLC out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Please help me get them shut down. After doing some research, they may be operating under several different LLC's in an attempt to disguise their scamming. They are called Dobson Lovette or maybe Lovette Dobson.

As of yet I have not received product or refund. Scam, obviously!

It's funny even trust pilot has them at 2.5 even though I see nothing but 1 stat reviews. Anyways same as everyone else they took money and never delivered.

I ordered something I thought was from another company instead these hackers got it I ordered it on November 21st still no tracking info ,on day it showed a map DOOO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!! IM TURNING THEM IN !!!!

I did not receive what I had paid for. I paid for Peter Thomas Roth Instant Eye Fix. What I received was an unbranded fake product with unknown ingredients - there is no guarantee that what is written on the box is what is actually in product. What a scam. A what a dangerous scam - would you risk using this on your eyes?
