It is a month now I am waiting for my…

It is a month now I am waiting for my order and there is less and less response from the company. I didnt get my order, the tracking email never even worked. Then they said, the delivery couldnt locate me, which is pretty insane considering that I live opposite of the post office and I offerred up every possible way I can do, even that I can pick it up at the post office. They are not giving refund, do not do reprint, only keep asking my patient, while I had a pretty serious business to start and I needed those bookmarks. They also said they are not responsible for the delivery company (parcel force). I never heard something like it. I paid for a service, I expect it to be done.

We want to clarify that your order was printed correctly and dispatched on time. The only delay is with the delivery network (Parcelforce).

The courier reported they could not gain access to your property, indicating a required access code or barrier.

Once dispatched, the tracking number we provided is your direct link to resolve this. You could have contacted Parcelforce using this number to provide the necessary access information or arrange a collection at the Post Office. This could have been resolved quickly right at the start.

From the point you made us aware of an issue with delivery, we have been in regular contact with Parcelforce to resolve the issue for you. We have also been in contact with you to let you know that the parcel is available for collection the nearby Post Office.

Such a great company

Such a great company. Needed advice on printing - They supplied it. Attention to detail was spot on and the quality was amazing. I get a lot of comments on how great my product looks. I mean a lot of comments. Like everything in life, communication is key here. They are always quick to answer the phone and always superb with their customer service.

Reading the negative reviews on here , a lot of them seem to be out of Aura Prints hands. Courier issues, location issues etc.. But I wasn't put off.. And I wasn't disappointed! So much so that I'm about to place my third large order and I'm pretty confident this will be equally as great!

Really disappointed that I ordered an item which has not been received. Essentially it is the fault of the postage company however Aura will take not responsibility so I am left out of pocket and just told it is not their fault. Appalling customer service

Horrible Customer Service Small…

Horrible Customer Service Small business Owners Beware!

I reached out to Aura Print on October 28th and sent an artwork on October 29th. There was no indication that the company is located in the UK, as the website was reading auraprintusa.com. So it took the whole 24 hours for someone to tell me that their artwork needs to be split in two files, the colored element and the black on white for gold. I provided that artwork as soon as it was requested, and another 24 hours went by without any acknowledgement, Then on October 31 they send me an email that the design is too close to the edge and they can't guarantee the gold elements in the correct places. SO again right away I adjusted the logo and resubmitted the artwork. They accepted it and I approved it for production. In the meantime for the first email I was asking about the lead time and the ship time for the product. I also was not really understanding why they don't respond during normal business hours (which of course they are in UK but that was not a public information). November 1st I check the status on production and it is still not sent to production, and the customer service reps still withholding the information on the production time and most importantly potential delivery date so I called them. I indicated calmly and respectfully that my question is not being answered, and that there is a significant delay in between when I submit things and when I get a response. Finally they tell me that they do all printing in the UK, and in addition to time zone difference, there is still significant transit time. one of that is on their website, which makes it look like it's a US company. I told them that if I knew that I would probably went with the different company, but I did not want to cancel my order, because I already spend 5 days, and it's a valuable time I don't want to lose. Instead I got a very mean email from Mark rose informing me that because I was not happy with them delaying my order and withholding the information they proactively cancelled my order. I have not seen a refund yet. So, for small business owners like me who just needs to get things done and account for the deadlines Aura Print will not tell you when you can expect your order, they will not try to work with you to address your concerns. They will try to extort more money to expedite your order by one day (you will have to pay 50% more) but they will not guarantee the delivery before your deadline due to the transit time. Their pricing are competitive but the customer service is absolutely horrible, so there are the companies in the US that will do foil printing for similar price, with similar lead times. I wish I knew this before I chose them for my project. If i did i would have gone with a US based company. Worth mentioning that all interactions were held in a calm and professional tone with no escalations. There was no reason to cancel my order without my approval especially because I indicated in writing I was not planning on cancelling my order, but I was not enjoying the experience. I'm happy to provide the screenshots for any and all communications as proof if it will help you make a decision and save yourself stress and disappointment.

This was covered in the email you refer to below where we stated “Despite us working within the advertised timeframes, which you accepted at the time of order, you are clearly not happy with the situation. We do not wish any ill-feeling and are not going to get the stickers to you for the date required therefore, I believe the fairest thing for all concerned is for us to cancel your order and refund the payment in full. This has been completed and the funds should show in your account within the next few working days.” I’m not quite sure why that is seen as mean – we were trying to be fair and give you your money back because it was a physical impossibility to produce the goods you desired within the timeframe you desired.

Unbeatable price and eco friendliness

After researching lots of printers, local and online I decided on Aura for their unbeatable price and eco friendliness. I received my first printed range of cards yesterday and I love, love, LOVE them! The quality of paper and printing is absolutely beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations and they make my product look and feel very high end. Excellent customer service too, quick and helpful responses to all my email queries. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing print quality

Amazing print quality. Cannot complain about that. They also do care about quality as one time they printed a batch but because it didn’t pass quality control on their end they reprinted. It was an issue with the gold foiling.

However delivery time and processing time is long and needs improvement. Their communication for proofing could also improve - quite slow.

prints were creased and unusable

When the product eventually arrived half of the prints were unusable due to being printed on already creased paper which is not acceptable considering the price paid for them. The packaging was not damaged at all and the prints were well protected but it was obvious that the paper was creased before being printed on.

Great quality and customer service, but make sure to triple check quantities

We ordered 1100 prints total through Aura Print a month ago. The prints had 4 different designs, and were of excellent quality, but the final order was missing more than 400 prints. Aura Print also didn't print the exact amount of prints we asked for in our first email for each design, with one design having more than 150 prints over the initial amount we asked for.
We gave a call to their customer service, and they were very helpful and kind, and immediately sent the missing prints for each design for free. The prints were of the exact same quality, with beautiful colors and finishes.
We would recommend triple checking every information available in the file names of their digital proofs before saying your order is good to go, as well as counting how many prints you actually receive immediately after getting the package.

Cant rate my experience highly enough

I used Aura print to print order of services for a memorial. They were incredibly helpful, I had lots of questions about what to put into the site to ensure I ordered the correct item, they gave great advice and responded quickly. An error on a date I had was provided, luckily for me in time to correct it, I was incredibly grateful for this. Unfortunately I when they were delivered I realised I made an error with the size and with only a day to go till the service I messaged and phoned them. The error was 100% on my end as I had asked for A5 meaning the order of services had arrived having been printed on A5 when in fact the final product needed to be A5 so printed on A4. I communicated this to them taking full responsibility but also in a state of anxiety and Aura print amazingly reprinted my order against the clock as the last next day post was in 40 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for solid communication, great prices, having hawk eye when everyone else who I showed them to didn’t see the error and just generally being fantastic. Quality is fine, but terrible customer service. I supplied artwork correctly for a reprint, however, they moved it around and therefore made an error which they were unwilling to reprint for free. Unfortunately, not the kind of customer service I would've expected and has left me very unhappy and confused as to how a business can be run so unethically!

Thanks for leaving a review. I think it’s only fair to provide our side of this story for the sake of clarity. Originally the artwork was not set up correctly and needed amending. As a gesture to save you time and in our view, good customer service, we made the amendments for you and then provided you with a digital proof to check and sign off before we went to print. You gave us the approval to go ahead to print and the error in movement was only noticed upon delivery. Because there is blame on both us and yourself in this scenario, we offered to reprint your job if you covered 50% of the original cost. You denied any blame and refused this offer however we can’t just reprint this for free as the responsibility on checking the artwork was okay to print was with you when we sent the digital proof. I do hope you reconsider and take us up on the discounted rate where we can share the blame 50/50. Thanks.
