Very Disappointed

Placed my order with DHL delivery 6 days ago, and the order still remains on the "unfulfilled" status with no other updates.

Emailed their customer care, and still have not heard anything back.

I could understand if there was a delay or longer lead time for handmade products, but this is not stated on the product page, so it needs to be communicated. Clients should not be left in the dark.

Very disappointed, after paying almost £45 in total (incl. shipping and taxes) for a small 4oz cream.
