Aurina is a veritably breathtaking box of delights. .I was tempted wherever I turned. There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the delightful girl in charge managed to be encouraging and helpful without being in the least little bit pushy. Congratulations on running such an excellent show.

A very warm welcome , friendly helpful shop assistant - the shop looked and smelled wonderful . I bought a gift for my daughter and will return.

Excellent customer service, my email enquiry regarding the dimensions of the jumper i found on Aurina's website was answered promptly and contained a good image of the item.
Once ordered, the jumper arrived promptly and was exactly as described - it is gorgeous.
Lovely little handwritten note from the seller made me feel special.

The sales assistant Arabella was absolutely fabulous, , smiling at every costumer that came in , and very attentive to me. It makes such a difference. When I came to swap a colour if something, she made it so easy.,

Sadly order unfulfilled as at 8 August, after being ordered on 28 June, unfortunately I had to chase for an update twice. I was refunded in full and received an apology, after I sent a frustrated email asking where my order was.
Timely updates as to delete or a warning about long delivery on the website could have avoided disappointment and a list sale.

Mum is absolutely thrilled with her trousers. They were great hit at Glyndebourne. Thanks so for tracking down the right size.
