Did not remove hair, made growth worse

I definitely think this product made my facial hair worse. I have PCOS and my chin/mustache/sideburns would grow back every other day but it would be splotchy and I could just pick a couple hairs here and there. Now I get a full on 5 o clock shadow of thick dark hair where it didn't used to be on all of those areas and I don't get even one day after I dermaplane.
I'd like to note as well that while I was using the product, it gave me a few chemical burns and it never fully got rid of the hair on my face. I ultimately stopped using it because I was sick of walking around with a hairy face while "giving it time to work". If I could go back in time I honestly wouldn't touch this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

i purchased this produce on a BOGOF with the understanding if it didnt work or i had a reaction to it they would refund me. I didnt have it on for the full amount of time and it burned me! I reported it and after returning the unopened box & many emails later, i got less than half my money back and i had to pay for return postage too so i spent roughly £26 and got roughly £7 back so they dont refund if they burn your face! Also, when i applied the cream, it smelled just like VEET!

We’ll See…?

Okay, so I’ve suffered for 11 years with coarse, fast-growing, PCOS facial hair. I did shave for years, but the irritation made my fair skin more red. Then I tried hard waxing the last year, and that gave me bad follicultis. I finally tried this, and it’s interesting. I’ve found the sweet spot where I have to do it first thing in the AM, once every four days. And I have to leave it on for 15-18 min to see it all wipe away (for the most part). If I wait too long in between treatments, the hair grows too long and it won’t come off as easily as when I do it every four days (I’m assuming that’s my length cut off for efficacy?)

I will say that sometimes I do have to go back and pluck or shave the odd spot after, but it’s not the worst. Things are growing back softer, and my follicultis is healing, so the acne filled beard rash isn’t as bad! BUT, I find it takes forever to come in. I’ve been waiting on my second shipment for almost two weeks and it’s still not here, so since I’m out of the #2 tube, I’ve been using whatever I have left of #1 and #3 before and after I shave, cause I can’t keep waiting for it or else I’ll look like dumbledore with the beard, nah what I mean? 😭 so we’ll see if this makes a difference in the end

Product didn't work

Product didn't work. Figured they had a 60 days risk free period- but apparently that doesn't mean anything to this company. They offer a refund STRICTLY if you have anything unopened. But, how could you know the product doesn't work if they don't open and use all of it. How are they able to give you a risk free trail period if it's not risk free at all?

Jury is out for me still, holding hope tho!

The instructions say to leave the cream on for a period of time and not go over a certain length of time. First try, I wasn’t too impressed tbh. I then gave feedback on a facebook post about was advised to leave it on longer, 2nd attempt was slightly better but had to pluck afterwards. I do think the hair is not as harsh and comes out better. I’ll not give up as bought 2 boxes 🙏🏻🤞🏻

Complete rip off. Insult to women suffering with PCOS

Complete rip off.
It just burned my skin worse than razor burn. I have used Nair in the past and this product is nothing like that. It does not even remove all the hair & leaves you looking like you have stubble.
The moisturisers dont work either.
For someone dealing with PCOS I can say this product is an insult to women suffering.

This product had absolutely no effect…

This product had absolutely no effect whatsoever on my facial hair. I tried to cancel the subscription which proved very difficult indeed. In fact I had to threaten legal action for them to reply to my emails. Trying to return unopened products is proving even more difficult. I have done what they said and sent a photo of the items I want to return, but now they will not answer emails again. A disgraceful company. I would even go so far as to call it a scam.

Terrible. Don’t buy.

Ordered this, said it was compatible with sensitive skin. Used this product last night and i’ve had allergic reaction burned my face that’s what it looked like and felt.
Do not recommend seeing an advertisement perfect for people with PCOS. Do not buy doesn’t do what it says on the instructions.

Worst product I have ever used for hair…

Worst product I have ever used for hair removal. Do not buy this. It is drop shipped from China, so it will take a million years to get to you. Once it finally does arrive it won't remove hair at all.

CON.

Waited over a week to receive my order. This is probably one of the worst treatments I have ever used. I bought it to treat hormonal hair growing on my chin, stupidly believing that it might work after having this condition for many years now. All it did was make me look like a leper! Never experienced such a breakout all over my face, and it didn't even remove the hair, having to resort back to shaving now with red and swollen skin! Absolutely embarrassing having to go to work looking like this and extremely painful to wash/touch my face, having to cover it up with foundation which only makes it worse and helps only a little but didn't have much of a choice. The moisturizer they provide is a cheap, nasty quality making my skin flare up even worse. Luckily I had my own which is far better quality and a fraction of the price. Would have been better off using the hair removal cream in my bathroom cupboard that I occasionally use for my legs. Complete and utter rip off. Will stick to my razor in future. At least that doesn't result in me looking like a burn victim!!

The worst product ever!! Not only did it not work but burned my face. Getting a refund is nearly impossible so do yourself a favor and do not buy, especially if you have course hair.

Doesn’t work and tricks you into a subscription

I didn’t know I was being signed into a subscription. I felt tricked. Then when it came it didn’t even work. It burnt and hurt my skin badly whilst removing absolutely zero hairs at all. Please don’t fall for this scam product.
