I have sent 3 emails regarding returning my unopened order and have received zero reply

The product doesn't remove hair at all. The smell is awful and product burns the skin. You would be better off using nair. Don't waste your money. The cyprus serum hasn't shown any improvement to my skin or slowed hair growth either. I wish companies would stop with the all the lies and false advertising of their products.

STRAIGHT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER MY CARD WAS ACCESSED OVERSEAS AND PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM MY DEBIT CARD. THIS IS A FRAUD. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! NO WAY TO CANCEL. THEY ALSO SAID IM SIGNED UP TO A SUBSCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THE ONE OFF PAYMENT!

Awful company and product. They keep taking £21.99 off me even though I cancelled my subscription and informed them of their dodge product. Stay well away girls

I have used this product now for a few weeks…. It doesn’t get rid of the hair…and I had to laugh when I was asked about it and the web site said it couldn’t process. I guess it doesn’t want a one star?

DO NOT BUY! I made the purchase on 27th April, it is now 23rd May 2026 and I still don't have the hair removal kit nor do I have my money back. I have contacted customer service serveral times and they are ignoring me. Don't waste your money.

This product does not work at all. slight burning sensation gives you the impression it’s doing something, but alas, nothing. my main issue with this company is the fact it’s a scam, when you order, it automatically sets up a subscription, charging you monthly. when placing the order, this information wasn’t clear AT ALL. i tried this product, absolutely hated it and realised it was a complete waste of money then BOOM they charge me again. i want a refund for both of them. wouldn’t even give this product to my worse enemy.

Burns my skin. No hair wiped off as it does in the ad. I have tried to use multiple times with no success. Also has a chemical smell that is very strong. Would not recommend. It was difficult to cancel auto ship as well.

Dont do it , i read all the reviews .thought "great" Paid 20 something pound ( saw for a fiver on ebay after ) first use followed routine took off 6 minutes later , washed and used the balm after ,i still felt stubble but not as much as usual. Thought maybe i used it wrong , waited a few days and repeated . I keft on for 7 minutes . Skin is now burnt and bleeding, like shaving and little spotts of blood . And to too it off still got stubble . Dam was really hopefull ! No ways are all those reviews real. My face hurts 😭😭

My face is still recovering. Despite following all instructions carefully and even carried out a patch test beforehand. However, within minutes of applying the product to my chin area, my skin started burning badly and I had to remove it immediately.
Two days later, my face was still extremely painful and looked chemically burnt. I also applied soothing cream afterwards, but it made no difference. This has caused a lot of discomfort and distress.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this product, especially on sensitive skin. I am now requesting a full refund due to the reaction caused. However, despite emailing company and sending pictures they have not even bothered to acknowledge my request or make an apology. Take your money and its job done, not bothered after that.

Wow, seeing all these negative reviews is totally opposite of my experience. First time using product I had success. The hair came right off with NO PAIN or discomfort. I would recommend this product.and I was able to cancel subscription easily. (Only because not affordable right now)

GO NO WHERE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely shocking. Happy to take your money but don't send your order. I received an email saying my order had been received when it hadn't. Still waiting on a reply after reaching out to them 3 times. Never again!!!!

Do not buy this product. I wish I had done more investigating before I did. The product was absolutely useless. Did nothing for me. The 60-day money-back guarantee is not worth the "paper it is written on," as they used to say. As soon as you make the purchase, you are signed up for a subscription, and you aren't given the option to sign up for this; they just do it. They offered me only a refund on the unopened package. If you don't want to return it, they will give you 20% back - what a joke! It was listed as buy 1 get 1 free - another joke!

I hadnt even used the product and wad unimpressed. Firstly I ordered what was presented to me as a 1 time purchase hours later I got an email saying thank you for subscribing I soon emailed and sorted that out. Then I got an email saying my order would be late. As a company that claims to be British I tracked my order and realised it was being shipped from China! Opening my package there was no free pcos booklet as promised. I did a patch test on my arm and it was fine. On using the product as intended it did nothing but give me burn and a rash which I now have to treat with antihistamine cream. This company is targeting the vulnerability of women with PCOS with fake promotion and reviews. They should be held accountable. As for a refund im not even going to bother with the other reviews ive read.

Do not buy this product. I can not stress this enough. It does not work and burnt my skin. What is even more disappointing is the customer service. The website offers a "60 day satisfaction guarantee - no questions asked" but the company does not honour this. You can return unopened products (buyer covering shipping costs) for a refund or get a 20% refund only. I am in the process of raising this with trading standards as a result. The worst product I have ever purchased from the most corrupt company I have ever experienced.

I was really excited for this just to be completely let down. It does not remove any of the course PCOS hair as advertised I just wasted my money once again on an empty promise on a terrible product.
