Terrible
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aurora Managed services and their customer service. Despite contacting them numerous times over several months to cancel two machines at specific locations, I was continuously met with a lack of communication, delays, and confusion. My initial request was made in January 2024, but it took until August 2024 for any meaningful response, and even then, my request was misunderstood and mishandled.
In the email chain, I made it crystal clear that I wanted to cancel the machines at 2 locations. However, Aurora's team, particularly Ray Counsell, repeatedly failed to address my request. I was left chasing responses and repeatedly explaining the same information, only for them to claim they had missed something or misunderstood. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for any business relationship, especially when we are being charged unnecessarily due to their delays.
I have been paying for services I no longer require for far too long because of Aurora's poor handling of my cancellation requests. I strongly recommend reconsidering working with this company if you expect any level of responsiveness or professionalism.
