Avoid this company

Avoid this company, they are deceivers. Paul Biggs and other salespeople do not listen to your needs. All they want is you to sign the contract they have written. They never send genuine toners, only the cheapest low quality stuff they can find.

Great experience - print and comms

We started off as a customer of Aurora's print division, and as a result of the great experience there, were very interested in talking to them when we were looking at changing our telecomms provider.

We happily went ahead and have been 100% satisfied with that decision. The contract negotiation was transparent and fair, the price is competitive and the comms service is faultless.

Thanks to our account managers, Mark and Chris, who are both proactive but, importantly, respect our customer profile and our needs, and don't try to hard sell us anything we don't want.

Very frustrating experience

Disshonest company, leavied additional charges that were outside of the scope of the signed contract, namely a 'Connectivity Charge'.

They then raised the contract price mid-term despite the contract noting that if we object to such an increase then Aroura have the option either to let us leave the contract or continue at the previous rate.

Now being told that this doesn't apply and the contract will continue at the increased rates regardless.

Terrible

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aurora Managed services and their customer service. Despite contacting them numerous times over several months to cancel two machines at specific locations, I was continuously met with a lack of communication, delays, and confusion. My initial request was made in January 2024, but it took until August 2024 for any meaningful response, and even then, my request was misunderstood and mishandled.

In the email chain, I made it crystal clear that I wanted to cancel the machines at 2 locations. However, Aurora's team, particularly Ray Counsell, repeatedly failed to address my request. I was left chasing responses and repeatedly explaining the same information, only for them to claim they had missed something or misunderstood. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for any business relationship, especially when we are being charged unnecessarily due to their delays.

I have been paying for services I no longer require for far too long because of Aurora's poor handling of my cancellation requests. I strongly recommend reconsidering working with this company if you expect any level of responsiveness or professionalism.
