I ordered a product from this company (receipt said youthlot but was billed as auroragoods.com) and never received it. When I made enquiries, they wanted me to pay postage again even though I had never received it.

I wish I would have sought reviews before ordering 4 dresses from Burora. It took over a month to receive my order. The dresses are very POOR quality and fit. I can’t stand the thin, flimsy, slick cheap fabric. However, I probably should have been more skeptical of the product quality before ordering. The total cost of the 4 dresses was $130. Lesson learned.

I ordered some goods from them which have not yet arrived after several weeks. I wanted to email them to ask about delivery but when I checked the paypal transaction it came through as payment to a different company. I have tried emailing but the email was undeliverable as apparently their email box is full

Finally, I got refund money from this scam company. The bank helped me to to refund money from them!! I ordered $350 clothing from this company. But I did not receive any items. I contacted by email and they said it was out of stock. And then they wanted me to change the items. I did it. They only sent socks and 1 small dress. I could not wear it at all. I asked refund money, but they started blaming me. They said it is my fault. I don't get it. I am a customer. I claimed my bank and they investigate them. Finally, I got money back $276.08 It took a year of this process for responding. They ignore my bank claim either. I have official letters and documents of this claim. Don't trust this company! Buy from Amazon if you deal with cheap clothing. Much better than this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ORDER 9 BLOUSE'S AND I ONLY RECEIVE 3 BLOUSE'S AND THERE IS NO WAY, I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. THEY DONT RESPOND BACK TO ME TO REFUND ME THE REST OF THE 6 BLOUSE'S.

Don’t trust this gangster and layers. They send wrong articles with very low quality and won’t pay back anything!!!!!

ordered from auroracloth and what I got was the total opposite of what I ordered, the fabrick was terrible and I could barely touch it without it ripping

I brought a stroller and never receive, send a lot o emails claiming my money back, and never happen they are a Big Rats

0 star in fact as the quality is very bad not like the photos demonstrated on instagram through ininruby. The order sent not complete and no reply to many emails. Will never repeat this bad experience

ALERT!!! IT'S A FRAUD !! They charge you for the purchase made on the card and the product never arrives. If you contact them they answer you via "mancono.com" and they will take you long !! IT'S A FRAUD

Scam!!!! They have several sites. I ordered a vaccum robot on reloadro, and on my bank statement apeared auroragoods.com!

They took my money, didn’t send me a confirmation email to track the order and then never sent my goods.

No way to contact them either as their enquiry portal is faulty!

I would give them 0 * because instead of a ride on battery operated unicorn like what was being advertised I was sent a smelly blowing up plastic toy for $39.99 shame scam scam artist!!

This company is the same as Reachnova. SCAM. Don’t buy. Paid for cat cactus climbing tree. Received green yarn. Won’t refund me.
