COMPLETE SCAMMERS! POOR QUALITY!
They traded under a clothing store called OneAmy, I ordered a few items and a few days later went to go on the Website but was redirected to a company called TOPSUKI?? The OneAmy I ordered from store no longer existed.
Items were the poorest quality unlike the photos they post of them.
I Ordered 3 items - 2 arrived, I emailed back and forth constantly to get the refund on the item that they advised me was not in stock, 5-6 different staff replied back and forth advising me it would take a little bit more time to receive the refund and for me to be patient, emails went back and forth for months, they even accused me in one email that the item did arrive then a day later another staff member apologised and said I would be refunded??
I was not going to back down & was relentless with my emails and demand of my hard earned money.
Surprisingly Some months later the refund did arrive but I'm sure if I did not pursue it the way I did I would never had got it back.
DO NOT BUY FROM TOPSUKI/ONE AMY who are all tied up with Auroragoods in HKG!
They are complete scammers and their products are not worth any more $2.00 !
