I ordered the Aurora projector as a… Christmas gift

I ordered the Aurora projector as a Christmas gift December 12, 2025. I never received it. FedEx tracking said it was delivered to a mailbox in Georgia. I live in New York. I contacted Aurora projector. And they are trying to tell me it was delivered to my address in New York. Tracking proves otherwise. They agreed to send me another one. However this was sent to a mailbox in Connecticut as per tracking states. I still didn't receive my projector. Not sure if it was even shipped at this point. Don't have any proof it was shipped to my address in New York. Requesting a refund it's a scam. Customer service very unhelpful.

Deceptive Practices – Beware

I returned an item because it was not as advertised. The company received the product back but failed to issue my refund, ignoring multiple attempts at communication. Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company (which I won) did they suddenly decide to respond—yet they are now trying to fight the dispute after weeks of silence.

This type of behavior is unethical and unprofessional. Holding onto a returned item while refusing to refund the customer, then attempting to challenge a valid dispute, is nothing short of a scam.

Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. My experience proves this company operates in a shady manner and cannot be trusted.
