All good, easy purchase, quality product.

Charles was great! Very helpful in answering questions we had about different mattresses and he took the time to really explain the differences to us! He was also not pushy at all. I often don’t like shopping in stores for that reason but he gave us space to browse and just made sure our questions were answered! Really great service!

Fair, plain speaking, and productive knowledge of the product and choices that this customer needed to make before purchase. Can't get any more "natural and organic" as that!

I bought a mattress from Austin Natural Mattress a few years ago and the mattress began to sag. I returned to the store and complained about the mattress quality and they honored the warranty even though the mattress manufacturer company had gone out of business. That's what I call awesome customer service!! I bought myself another mattress in the process because I could trust them to honor their product. Thank you Bert for being a great customer advocate!

I am grateful to have this outlet in our area, bringing availability of a much-needed product type not so easily found elsewhere. You can order whatever you want online these days, but I'm just not sure I could order a mattress without having had the chance to lay on it for a few minutes at least!

The Bee Cave location was inviting and featured just the sort of wide selection of (varying degrees of) "natural" mattress products I would hope to test in order to make a good buying decision. I could come up with a list of brands not included, but the breadth of selection was comparable to any standard mattress store of that size. Many of the brands on display were quite outside of our budget; however, we settled on the store brand mattress line which is not only reasonably priced but appears to be an excellent and very competitive product in terms of comfort and design. An effort was certainly made to expose us to the high end brands - with a name like "Posh & Lavish", how could you go wrong? We went through an initial phase of trying out every mattress recommended by the Manager until we got down to trying out mattresses we might actually buy, but that's ok, there was no pressure or anything, and we learned a great deal of information.

When we had made our selection of four mattresses and two very awesome pillows, we really appreciated the opportunity to be able to get a couple of loaners to help accommodate the long lead times unfortunately common in the current market. We are new to the area and stocking up a household. All in all, a satisfying experience: most importantly, we came away with exactly what we were looking for at a fair price.

We received wonderful service from Dalton today! He was extremely knowledgeable and directed us to a mattress that was comfortable and will meet our needs. Will definitely recommend Austin Natural Mattress to our friends and family!

Imagine picking a meal you will eat every night for the next 10-20 years…online. Effectively, thats what I tried when shopping for a mattress. I hit all the hotly marketed websites and got lost in “dynamically adjusting foam” and “Responsive Comfort Foam” until my brain was spinning. Before I tried the stream of “buy and freeturn” creating waste, my wife had a crazy idea…let’s go somewhere we can lie on them. What I didn’t realize, while a bed is a bed, Charles, the sales manager and his love of these mattresses is something else. After a quick conversation he was able to direct us to beds that matched each of our preferences. His knowledge shockingly lacked any marketing spin and instead, attributes of the products were communicated in plain language. With his help, we found a fantastic deal on the mattress best suited to us. I can’t wait for it to get here, thank you Charles and Austin Natural Mattress!
