Awesome products - I have been happier with the pillows I got at Austin Natural Mattress than any I've found elsewhere - and I've really looked. I have chronic neck pain and finally have found a pillow that works perfectly for me as a side sleeper. I also got a mattress topper when my mattress wasn't as cushy as it used to be, which extended my mattress' life for a number of years and is super comfy.

Charles was helpful in selecting quality mattresses that accommodated my needs and sleeping style, all within budget. He even matched me with a model that was significantly under my budget. I felt like I was given ample time to try each mattress out and didn't feel rushed to make a purchase.

This is my second mattress purchase from Austin Natural Mattress. Not only do I love my Naturepedic mattress, every step of the buying process went smoothly, without the usual angst over buying a mattress. When I called, Charles remember my purchase from three years ago. Unbeatable professional service and wonderful eco friendly products.

Bert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He met our needs right away and was very efficient. In addition he made the shopping experience fun. He was very kind and enjoyable to visit with.

Charles was so helpful in picking out our new mattress. We came into the store literally 4 times and laid on every bed. He was so patient and genuinely wanted us to find the right fit. We’re excited for our soon to be improved sleep and can’t wait for our mattress to arrive.

In store sales person was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were great as well. Arrived In time and placed the mattress with no hassle.

Only recommendation would be to open the mattress a couple of days before delivery. It comes rolled up and they said it takes 48 hours to fully expand. While the unroll experience is neat to watch, I would have preferred to have an optimal sleeping experience the first night.

Charles was very thorough in explaining the different types of mattresses to me, and also explaining certain accessories that I might want in the future. He was very helpful in helping me set up delivery day and time, since i was coordinating other deliveries for the same days. Austin Natural Mattress comes highly recommended from one of my best friend...this will be my first experience with one of their mattresses. The thought of non-toxic materials is extremely appealing to me, since I have a very clean diet. Clean sleeping makes perfect sense!

We were helped by Dalton Busby, who was very knowledgeable and guided us to our best choice. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns, we tried the mattress he thought best met our needs and it felt great. He then answered all our questions thoroughly and overall was pleasant, non-pushy, and genuinely interested in being of service throughout the entire process. We even got a Labor Day discount upon purchase which was a nice surprise! We felt the store was a wonderful showroom, and had great products besides mattresses, geared to folks who care about a more healthy lifestyle. So happy we have this great resource in our neighborhood!

I’m so grateful that they carry the twin-sized flat waterproof mattress protectors locally! If they carried the crib size, I would buy those, too. Thanks so much!
