Support every step of the way!
Right from googling nail tech courses and coming to the Australian Beauty School website, reading through the information to getting a complimentary call, it has been easy to navigate.
The first complimentary call with Rhiannon was informative, easy going and welcoming to the possibility of all courses I could do.
Rhiannon was knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through the process to enroll, register and get approved to start the course.
Thank you Rhiannon for helping me discover my goals of becoming a qualified nail tech and dream of what I want to do.

Nothing better than this company
Tessa was beyond kind, helpful and encouraging. I have been nervous about stepping into work again after suffering a long time with a chronic illness. This process was so easy, Tessa walked me through every step and was my biggest cheerleader. I can't wait for this chapter of my life and I feel so supported going into it.

Never received the kit- Courier made a note could not be delivered and attempted when they were never here
Never received the kit- they use a courier with terrible service.
Beauty school consultants (Sophie and Bridget) and Harry were not helpful at all with the delivery issue
Refused to provide me with a refund.
This a scammer school not beauty school.
Please beware of this so-called beauty school and take your business somewhere else.

According to the courier's records, delivery was attempted twice without a response. Our team also provided tracking details and guidance to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we do not have direct control over the courier’s operations, we take such concerns seriously and continuously assess our partnerships to ensure the best possible service for our students.
As discussed yesterday with my KIT administration team, you confirmed that your kit was due for redelivery on February 14th.
Regarding your interactions with our team, we have reviewed our correspondence and can confirm that multiple attempts were made to assist you. Our staff responded promptly to your inquiries, provided tracking information, and offered support throughout the process. Additionally, our Welcome Calls—attempted multiple times—are designed to ensure a smooth start to your course and address any concerns early on.
We take claims of being a “scam” very seriously, as we are a legitimate and accredited training provider. Our business details, including our ABN, are publicly available for transparency. We encourage fair and truthful reviews, as misinformation can impact both current and future students who rely on genuine feedback. We have also seen thousands of graduates and students succeed in the beauty industry through our course content and the support of our Beauty Support Specialists.
Finally, I ask that all communication remain respectful. I do not tolerate swearing, threatening, or abusive language toward my staff. We operate in a professional and respectful manner and expect our students to uphold the same standard, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Our support staff have gone above and beyond to assist you, calling a total of eight times and sending four emails, all of which we have provided as supporting evidence. Our team is dedicated to assisting students, and we expect all interactions to be conducted professionally.
Moving forward, we remain committed to supporting you in your course and ensuring you have a positive experience. If you would like further assistance, our team is available six days a week to help.

Builder gel chat with Nicole
Nicole took extra time with me during our 1 on 1 video chat and explained everything thoroughly in a way that made sense and was easy to apply. The technique she showed me was easy to follow and I feel like it has already made an improvement in my builder gel application. She was very helpful and encouraging overall and welcoming to me needing further assistance and reaching out to her as required with questions I may have.
