Unreliable and unrepentant
Note: this is the same company as austriataxi.at - you can tell by the exact same reviews on the websites. It's a company based in Croatia, who also run connectotransfers.com and croatiatransfers.hr
I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company, or any of their similar outfits listed above. As other recent reviewers have experienced, they are highly unreliable, and don't take responsibility.
In my case, I was left waiting for an hour and 10 minutes at Salzburg Airport. No one contacted me in advance, and I had to call them three times. Each time, they said the driver was nearby, or they just didn't know.
When I complained, I was told repeatedly that it was due to circumstances outside of their control. While this may be true, I am shocked that (a) they didn't keep me informed, and (b) that they didn't take some responsibility as the organising party and refund me. It's customer service 101.
I was offered a measly 19% discount off my next trip. I refused, and will not trust them with my transfers in the future. There are plenty of companies out there who do care about your business.
