Top service, from the company and the drivers!

Very helpful & informative driver, on time

Our driver, Mark, was amazing - on-time and got us there in great time. The company was also very flexible, as I had to make multiple changes in the days leading up to the trip (# of people, location etc). Great experience, 10/10 recommend!

Most dangerous in-car experience we've ever encountered. At one point our driver was driving 160km per hour in an 80km zone. He complained the whole time that he had another ride to do, but even after we showed him clearly that we would still arrive with more than enough time, he drove like to total maniac.

I filed my review to the company that I was contemplating calling the police, and we received no response.

Terrible experience - terrible driver - not worth the risk - they should have their taxi licences removed.

I recommend this company. I traveled with my 2 daughters. The driver , Alexander, was waiting for us at the airport. He drove very safely, ehich in my opinion is the most important thing. Best regards.

We had an early flight home. Taxi was perfectly on time at the hotel and drove us straight and save to the airport.

My husband and I booked a premium van (shown as a Mercedes van) for a 4 hour transfer in the snow for ourselves , + our 9mo baby & a bunch of ski equipment. The driver showed up in a 4 door hatchback CAR. The carseat wouldn’t fit in the car with all of our equipment. The airport was closing and there were no other taxis and the driver said he couldn’t just bring us to a hotel or he’d be personally responsible for paying the company back, so it was either take the 4h drive in dangerous conditions or be left stranded. The driver also said they didn’t tell him about our baggage situation even though we clearly wrote it in our request AND called them (and this was the second case that this happened to them). We were charged the same amount ($800) as if we were in a premium van rather than a car & no one would pick up or answer our calls when we were trying to express our concerns. Dangerous. Unprofessional. Would highly recommend against.

Alex here, from a tourism company. We booked transfer from Solden to Airport with Austriatra transfer for 16 people. We almost missed the flight, the drivers didnt come - 2 buses, they were like... oh shit we forgot. How can this be possible? With such a big company? All the reviews on the site are fake. Check elswhere you will see this is not a isolated case. They are bad bad bad. Never again, very rude and u helpful staff.

1. I ordered a Premium Van but got a typical SUV for EUR 86.
2. The driver was 10 min late and wasn't answering the call. I was being late to the airport, so it made me nervous. Then he showed up at the place near the hotel, but not quite. I had to find him.

Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I arrived 30 mins early at Salzburg airport for a shared transfer to Zell Am See. The booking with Austriatransfer confirmed the driver would meet me at 18.00h but because I was early I called them to tell them I was there. They then texted to say the driver was stuck in traffic caused by an accident and would be 45 mins late but they would keep me informed. They didn't and after an hour I contacted them again and they said the driver would arrive at 18.55h.
He duly arrived but I could see him dropping a few people off and then he came to find me. The next flight leaving the airport was at 21.00h and I concluded the driver was dropping people off 2 hours before their flight to check in. I now suspect this was always their plan, they had no intention of meeting me at 18.00h because they were coordinating a drop off with my pick up. And so they lied about the accident and driver being stuck in traffic.
That's pretty outrageous for a company offering a service.....had they told me the plan and said the transfer would be at 19.00h I would have accepted that as it was a shared shuttle service. Instead they just lied, left me waiting alone at the airport unsure of what would happen when.
From what I read in other reviews, they have form for this sort of thing......

Booked a return transfer for 16 people from Salzburg to Katschberg about 6 months in advance. They sent an email less than 12 hours before we were due to arrive saying they had cancelled the transfer due to “technical reasons”. There was still availability on their website but at twice the price we had been quoted. Avoid!!!

These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Upped and left us at Zurich airport because passport control was chaos. No call or message just upped and left! I would urge anyone to avoid these guys like the plague and find a company that looks out for their customers!

I have used this company 10 times over the past few years. They used to be great but a couple of times they were late, which is acceptable. However on the last trip after waiting 20 minutes at the airport I phoned them to be informed the driver had problems and would not be coming. They suggested I get a taxi from the airport and they would refund me. During the week I emailed them to confirm the return journey would be ok and they told me it was no problem. On the day of return after waiting 20 minutes I phoned them to be informed they had cancelled the trip and emailed me the evening before. Of course I hadn't seen that as I was on holiday and emails were sporadic. So instead of PHONING they send emails at the last minute to 'tell you' about cancellations. I got a taxi, arrived at the airport late, but just managed to get the flight. So they didn't pick me up at all and didn't bother to tell me. On the flight in they should have phoned me instead of leaving me waiting at the airport and the journey back they should have phoned confirmation as it's a major thing. It also cost me 40 euros more to get last minute taxis. I will never use them again and I would advise everyone to be very cautious and check your emails an hour before you go. Alternatively use a company that doesn't let you down or at least phones you.
