I want to be honest, I was scared at first to order and uncertain let's say, I was surprised! Although I did constantly message with staff and probably owners of the site, I still received attention and received the code I was looking for, I had ordered an activation card (Yearly) for my father's MaxiCOM device, I can tell you all that the customer service is good and did talk with us. Overall I would shop again but you do need to interact with the staff a bit.

Although they promise to react within 48 Horst, they only response when man urge them.
Afterwards everything wents ok

I bought TCP for my Autel IM608-II Pro. All went smoothly, they communicated very promptly and professionally.

Very frustrating,although I am less than a week into my very worrying experience.So On the 14 February 2026.1 Use my Debit Card and Spend 1125 Euros on an AUTEL Scanner.Then no Order number.I see on my card the money has gone to Autelshop.de.I message them. No REPLY,So also no Tracking nothing.I read very mixed Reviews online.I will keep messaging.But I fear the worst

Very fast software code update autel ms908s

They processed the order very quickly and advised me on the best way.

Not a EU shop.
After a week 1 sensor failing out of 4 and they wanted me to send it back to China for checking.
Higher shipping cost then bying another one.
No refund no new sent out even If I sent proof of the failed sensor.
Will not buy here again.

this is not a EU shop, when their products break down, they want u to send it to china for repair, at your own expense, when still under warrenty
and it seems to be a lower quality autel they are selling

Took over 24hours from them to reply to a query and they were absolutely no help and just replied with smart answers. Would strongly avoid
