My order was not shipped for about 10 days (supposed to be 2 days processing time). Order was very late. Could not contact customer service through any method; responding to order confirmation email, website chat, website email contact and whatsup all no response. Only shipped after I reported them for fraud. Would not purchase from again.

Deceptive Website
Updated Review: I was finally contacted by someone apologizing for the lack of response and making good on my purchase so for that, I at least know that they are a real company and just slow in responding. It took over a week to hear anything out of them.
Origanal Review: This website is not trust worthy, it offers discounted prices on Autel products. I placed an order and never recieved the merchandise that I purchased. Attempted to contact them through email, Whatsapp, and the Chat box on the website. I never received a response and finally disputed the charge to get my money back.
