I would give this company no stars if I could, I have texted them on every social platform, sent numerous of emails and sent in many forms of there contact form on their website. I havnt received one reply. I ordered a large order and received a email stating it was on its way as they have “next day delivery”. I checked my order number with DPD and DPD are still awaiting my parcel, only a label created. This was for Christmas and I still haven’t heard back from anyone on their team or received my order and it’s Christmas Eve. Absolutely gutted, waste of money and time and a Christmas gift ruined !!!!!

I had a problem with the sizing of my tracksuit and the people of authentic Ireland where very good at sorting my issue.

Would not fault this company at all . There was a minor issue with my order I had placed and I received an email explaining what had happened and what options were available to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved straight away with no hassle at all. I will definitely be recommending Authentic Ireland to my family and friends.

I placed an order with this company during the Black Friday sales event. While there was a slight delay in the fulfillment of my order, I consistently received prompt and clear responses to my inquiries. Regrettably, the jacket I originally ordered was no longer available. I was subsequently provided with an email containing images of alternative options. I had the pleasure of interacting with Emily, who provided exceptional customer service. Upon receipt, the quality of my order was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Ordered the 29th of October no response then was told yesterday it would arrive this week then got another email today saying the parcel is lost and got a refund disgraceful customer service

Made 2 purchases although they came late because of Christmas the tracksuits are perfect couldn’t find them anywhere else definitely the best place for quality tracksuits 👌another thing is the communication I was getting was great they where able to reassure me my orders would come in time even tho I was wrecking there head with emails 🤣would definitely recommend

Out of the 2 tracksuits bought on 07/12/25, only one was shipped and delivered within the timeframe given at the time of purchase. Absolutely no information regarding the second one so far. Can't get a refund, as apparently my order number or any of the details, that I had to provide when ordering are incorrect. The first and the last time I ever ordered from Authentic Ireland.

Received the second part of the order within less than 48 hrs, after email to the customer service.

Would give 5 stars if I knew the order was split.
