I ordered an essentials hoodie which came so much smaller than it should, so must’ve been junior but it does not say junior online… after I emailed them 3 times and still not a single reply to get a return and refund. Do not buy from them, especially it’s bad they are not relying to emails as they say for a refund policy to email them. It’s been ages

Received my order with a couple of days of placing the order. The jumper was in the sale and I received additional discounts for being a new customer which were really easy to use. I accidently ordered two jumpers. This was recognised by the company and with minimum fuss I was given a refund for the jumper I ordered in error. Would definitely order again.

I had read some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot and was worried about ordering from Authenticated.com however after emailing them with my concerns they got back to me promptly and I placed my order- it arrived within 2 days and the items were perfect! Very good prices and we are very happy.

Awful experience. Have bought a pair of trainers that were sent in the wrong size and have tried to contact them to the email they have as their contact about 4 times and they don’t reply.
