I requested some leather samples & these arrived quickly & beautifully packed. There was also a letter giving information on the different types of leather & offering any further help I might require.

Absolutely would not recommend. I have bought a sofa from the outlet section and was promised Christmas delivery. A week before Christmas I was informed that due to an admin error it would not arrive because their van was now booked. A few scatter cushions were offered as compensation for a poor Christmas with not enough seats for family. I have complained to the orders section and asked for the money related to scatter cushions to be reallocated to transport to meet the customer promises on the website and no reply. I complained to the sales department again by email and no reply. Shocking customer service from a company that seems unable to communicate either internally or to its customers

Only applied for samples but they arrived promptly with a letter offering support and a contact name should I need more information or assistance.

My wife and I are delighted with our new sofa, it does look pretty good in our living room.

And may we also say a big thank you to Patrick and Dom the two delivery guys, excellent, it is always nice when someone takes pride in what they are doing, especially when meeting people with a smile.

My visit to the shop in Birmingham was very good - Rachel helped with all my questions! I felt like Goldilocks, tried most sofas and stretched out on them too! I moved some cushions around, so I could feel the difference - coil sprung and serpentine, fibre or foam, but I have to say it was well worth the effort of driving from Swindon to try and see for myself! I've just purchased my sofa, St George, in Scuffed Saddle - Shammy, can't wait to receive it!! The staff are very friendly and I can assure you I asked questions, even called and talked to the "Boss" re the Scuffed Saddle Leather, very impressed with Authentic, it's a big purchase and would certainly recommend them! Thank you...
