Ordered 2 items but never received anything. Communication is non-existent as they do not reply to emails. Fortunately I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I would highly recommend to stay away from these scammers in the first place, as they are surprisingly believable at first.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!!! It's been more than a month since I ordered a planter for £25 and I have not received any updates since. Even the website does not open anymore. There is no where for me to track my order or lodge a complaint. It does not even deserve a single star. Was anyone else successful in retrieving their hard earned monies??

I didn’t realize this authenticshop is a scam. At my Facebook account I saw authenticshop adds and I click it and saw something I like and I made order July-7-20 large flowing water. And after I paid it say I should get email for my tracking number but I never received it. And today I just recently email them asking about my order before I was searching online if this authenticshop is legit? And it take me to this that they are scammers. So now I just lost 35.98$ I knew it was to good to be true. I should have search first before I order. there are to many scammers online stilling people money for them get rich. Karma is b!tch! I hope you all scammers burn in hell! I’ll never order again from Facebook online seller. We all need to be careful when we make order from online that we not sure about. Lesson learn for Me for sure.

They are fraud cheat pls don't buy anything from them I've order hanging chair from them and they sent me the Email and wrote done there they will send me the Email again when the order will shipped and mentioned on Facebook we will send the item with in 20 to 25 days today is 25th day and and I opened my email there showed view ur order I clicked there now its showing page not found its mean this is a big scam fraud so please my request to all don't buy any thing from them and give my full refund otherwise I will comment everywhere.
