Can do better
Firstly, our shuttle was 45min late, we were about a dozen people waiting and no one advised us.
Then we have arrived at the rental offices in Abbotsford around 12pm and we've been told that we might be able to check-in after signing the contract in 15 to 30 minutes. We've waited for 2h without any further information, it would be great to inform us upfront that it would take a while.
The RV is great overall and provide good comfort. We were 2 people travelling and it was spacious but I doubt 5 adults can fit there without fighting after 48h, but that's totally personal. Nevertheless, the RV presented some points that are unacceptable (even more when considering the price) : the front left tire had a missing piece of rubber (obvious on the picture and even more when comparing it to the front right tire), the steering wheel was shaking above 80 km/h and the whole RV windows can be blacked out except in the bedroom (illogical isn't it ?). About the tire, the person at checkout just said "thanks for advising us, they must have missed it" but offered no compensation or anything whereas we've been driving almost 3000km with stress.
The western Canadian Rockies are absolutely breath taking, especially if you love hiking. Contact me for further information @paulo_thiex

The shuttle delay, the two-hour wait without information at check-in, as well as the mechanical and maintenance issues mentioned (damaged tire, steering wheel shaking at high speed, missing curtain in the bedroom) are not representative of the level of service we strive to provide to our travelers.
We will be conducting a thorough follow-up with the management team at Four Seasons to ensure these situations are reviewed and addressed properly. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve the quality of our partners and prevent other travelers from experiencing similar inconveniences.

Perfect experience and better prices
I rented a car with Authentik Canada and it was all perfect! Such an smooth and easy process and once in Canada, all was already included and we didn't have any trouble getting the car. Also prices were much better than renting directly in the agencies.

Not what was agreed
Email discussions exchanged regarding what we wanted from an RV and agreed upon with Authentik personal many months before.
Not being familiar with makes and models of RVs myself (which was the reason to book through an agent) I was sent, and signed (assuming it was the same equipment as previously agreed) the paperwork for a smaller model that dose not have a generator.
Given our 3 week travel was all off grid (as was informed to the sales person) this changed the way we were able to use the RV dramatically.
There was some other misinformation given but nothing to this scale.
Next time I would try harder to find, and book directly with the supplier and not a 3rd party.
The place we picked up the RV were very helpful and tyred to accommodate us, but there was not much they could do when other options were booked out.

That was an oversight on our part, and we sincerely apologize for the impact this had on your road trip.
The quote you received was for the C-Small model you requested, and all standard inclusions were clearly listed. Unfortunately, without further clarification from your side, we assumed this model met your needs.
We’re glad to hear the pick-up location staff did their best to assist you despite the limited availability. We understand your disappointment, and we will use your experience as an opportunity to better highlight key features in future communications with our guests.

No stress booking
A once in a lifetime holiday booked through Authentik. Alyssa Sayegh was our advisor and spent the time in an initial video call to alleviate my concerns and explained the travel options. It was easy booking and Alyssa was accommodating to our specific requirements. Post booking Alyssa was very responsive to email for any further questions or information. The Authentik road book and app was extremely useful in guiding us through the trip.
As this was a big adventure for my family and I we could have easily been upsold for additional add ons and trips but at no point was any pressure felt (unlike other companies).
We had an amazing smooth trip. We could focus just on being in the moment and the booking stress was taken away.
A side note for feedback. The vouchers which were in our roadbook for the trips we booked would have been good to have a feature in the App with them loaded as e-vouchers. Often they were just bar codes or booking numbers so could be easily listed. Maybe a future update..

Overall the trip was amazing
Overall the trip was amazing, because the destination is so gorgeous! Cant miss.
The company is very easy to reach and communicate, answered every question in a timely fashion and were very kind and helpful.
The only thing that wasn’t excellent is we’ve had a few miscommunications along the planning process that were resolved but ended up costing us a bit more than planned. The company did compensate a little from their end. I would also expect a bit more advice or warning regarding parts of the drive that we had no way of knowing since we are not from Canada.
Still overall I do recommend them.

Everything went smoothly (don't forget to print your contract), and I haven't got a single complaint. Got a nice 300 as well!
