Authentik & Four Seasons RV Calgary to Jasper - amazing trip!
Awesome experience booking through Authentik for our 2 week trip from Calgary to Jasper & return with our Four Seasons RV Motorhome. We were able to receive the discount that Authentik offers for early booking. Complimentary shuttle pick up & drop off was easy from the Calgary airport. The RV worked beautifully & was supplied with everything we needed. It was immaculately clean. Every stage of renting this RV was simply: from on-line booking, to telephone conversations with the staff and then informative arrival at the Four Seasons Rental base.
Shout out to our shuttle driver: My husband remembered that he had forgotten his jacket in the RV when we were enroute in the shuttle back to fly home to which our shuttle driver kindly returned back to RV rental base and brought the jacket back to us at the airport. I would 100% rent from Authentik and Four Seasons RV again.

We recently travelled from Australia to Canada for a family holiday that included 3 families. Our holiday included 16 days of RV hire (3 x RV's) and additional periods that required multiple car hires. Authentik, and specifically, Alyssa Sayegh, we instrumental in all the bookings, from assisting which were the best RV's, planning the road trip, which RV parks to use and arranging to car hires. At all times, Alyssa's communication and advice to us was superb. We were kept informed of the process and what to expect. Alyssa removed all the stress out of planning the holiday. The road trip planned was fantastic and the RV's sites were excellent, and the pricing obtained from Authentik was better than we could find ourselves. We cannot thank Alyssa and Authentik enough and we highly recommend their services if you are travelling to Canada. We will certainly be dealing with them on our next return.

Would highly recommend using Authentik for a trip to Canada
Alyssa was a great contact and we got a great price for our Campervan. She gave us feedback on suggested itineraries and local knowledge. Camping is the best way to see and enjoy Canada as the national and provincial parks are the best places to stay and enjoy the countries natural beauty. Car hire
We used Authentik to book car hire… tried to extend our rental by one day two weeks before we were to travel…they advertise that you can revise your booking up to 48 hours prior to collection…Authentik would not revise booking…Authentik would only cancel original booking and wanted us to enter new contract at new rental rate and could not guarantee equivalent size vehicle…ended up negotiating with Avis directly who happily revised our booking…

I used Authentik to rent a vehicle for a 2 week holiday in Canada. Communication was excellent, any questions I had were answered promptly and the price was better than I could get through any of the car rental online sites. I will definitely use Authentik for any future travel to Canada.

Communication was very poor
Communication was very poor. The booking was ok:- the rental was exactly as booked, but, the wrong list of pickup locations was provided, resulting in extra costs.
I had to chase the list in the first place after paying for pickup. This was sent days after the booking was made. No communication was made to me regarding the wrong paperwork.
