This app did not work as advertised. I was promised a refund that has never come (4 months later.) I filed a Better Business Bureau claim and Auto Forward never responded to them either. Auto Forward is owned by Powerline Group which also runs Highster Mobile. Check Better Business Bureau reviews.... wish I had. This company is scamming people under the quise of several different app names. Stay away!

Seems to work just fine. My boyfriend showed me tonight that he has been violating my privacy for some time with this app. I'm incredibly creeped out and terrified now. Seems to do exactly what it claims to do. I'm glad he got to see everything I do for work now.

This is a waste of time and money. Could even download or login. No refund and no service!

WASTED MONEY! NO REFUND! I downloaded with a bit of trouble. Finally got it installed and it has never updated one single phone call, text message, email etc. It only has the contacts uploaded. I asked for a refund several times and they give me the run-around and now are ignoring me all together. Do Not Try This App!! I lost $70.00.

This did not work for me so I requested and received a refund. The concept is great, but I had some trouble getting some of the features to work. Plus, it was just overkill. I didn't want to monitor every keystroke and every phone conversation my daughter was having. She's 15. She was feeling like she wasn't a "person" anymore, feeling like she was being controlled and every move she made was being watched. She felt paranoid that I was going to pounce if I saw something that I didn't understand or that seemed questionable, and she felt she was walking on eggshells, which I can't blame her. I did let her know I was monitoring her computer. I have a right to do so and didn't feel a need to hide that from her. I found another software that just records screenshots, which is enough for our situation and she feels less stressed with that. I asked for a refund. They did him-haw around with me a little, trying to resolve whatever my "issue" was. I know from other reviews and the refund policy on their website that it's almost impossible to get a refund, so I just stayed as polite and neutral as possible. Told them that I gave their product a fair try and it just simply wasn't for us, and then asked for a refund as per their refund agreement if requested within the required time period. I DID get the refund. I was pleasantly surprised. So whether or not people have legitimate complaints about the product, I can't comment on that, but I can't complain about the customer service. I got my refund about a week after I requested it. Since it was taking longer than I expected, I did send them a reminder and asked politely when I can expect it. A couple of days later, I was refunded.

I purchased this item does not work at all called to get my money back and you are told to email the company. When you email them they send and email back stating someone will reach out to you it’s. Bogus company.Telephone numbers are all fake also I will now have to get my bank involved to get my money bank.

This is a scam. Auto-Forward is a rip off. And you can forget about a refund. I requested a refund within 15 minutes of my purchase due to the download not working. I received an email that I would received my refund within 4-7 business days. That was May 13, 2020. I have written several days. I called them and a recording advised me to site to access for the request. That too was bogus. Now, they are ignoring my emails. My bank had to get involved to get my refund. By the way, I am computer literate. We're all in this together!! So, I am warning you.

5/19/2020 DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!! It does not work! But also they force you buy two additional packages at check out instead of just buying the software. It doubles the price. Both are supposedly meant to guarantee support and that the software works. However they do not stand true to their guarantee. You have 14 days to return the broken software and they drag it out so you go beyond the 14 days. There is no retuning the software AND neither of the two additional purchases dos they honor. YOU CANNOT CHECK OUT UNLESS YOU BUY THEIR ADDONS. Under no circumstances will you ever see your money ever again!! HUGE SCAM!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This says it will work on an iphone but in order to do that one must jailbreak a phone which was not explained in anything I read. I was actually told by customer service you dont have to jailbreak it but you can make a clone. In order to make a clone you have to have another iphone just laying around 😳 the instructions we received were so difficult and a process that should take 5 min took over 2 hours and then after waiting over 48 hrs the only thing I could see was her location which I can use Find my Iphone for that and her contacts. I have asked for a refund twice now and it has been 2 weeks. I will be requesting a charge back with my bank for this ridiculous company since they are not honoring what they have told me in two different emails.

Auto forward is a regret and is a waste of money
I bought this product and was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, it never worked. I contacted support several times and never heard back. I tried to cancel my subscription from in product link, but it just presented me an error message. I requested a refund and was flatly denied and shown a link to the policy. The policy is a bit of a bait and switch. They suggest "money back guarantee if not fully satisfied" however that is not the case. Bascially you have 30 days, but if you don't like it or it doesn't work that doesn't matter. I am actually not quite sure what would allow for a refund, because by definition, i would need to use the product to decide if i wanted it or not. They say if you use it at all, you do not qualify for a refund. It is a terrible product, which doesn't work and the usability is blow mediocre and they draw you in with a 30 day "trial" but really once you pay, they aren't going to give your money back. The app does not work properly. It accesses some text messages, calls, photos and gps on day 1. It doesnt make it at all clear that the target phone must be rooted to access social media. By day 2, everything has stopped working and no response from customer services for this issue. When i asked for a refund they were quick to used the software so couldnt have one - how else would you know something was faulty without using it?! Plus used for a day, wheres the lifelong access then?

The app doesn't work, doesn't update regularly, nor does it track any social media or website use. Additionally, it only gets 1/4 of the text messages and no call logs. Additionally, the website says 30-day money back guarantee all over it, but 10 days later they are refusing the refund because the software was activated. How else would I know it didn't work?! DO NOT BUY!

Scam - Do not waste your money! Does not deliver what is advertised! I purchased this at the end of September. I reviewed the website thoroughly before purchasing. This installed easily but I only had access to text but it failed to work correctly. I contacted customer service the next day and was told there is no resolution to my issue.
