Very poor customer service options
Customer service was quick to respond after writing this review. I have updated my review to reflect their handling, but still not able give a full score since the overall process of getting in contact with customer service is the same. Original review: The order process and shipping is more or less fine but getting in contact with customer service is almost impossible. I tried to get a refund process started in the chat which did not work at all. It hung multiple times. When I asked for getting in contact with a representative I was told it could take hours, but it has been weeks now. Nothing. Calling is not always an option and they take advantage of that.

Our chatbot is still developing, but in case of errors, you can always request a transfer to a live specialist by typing ""connect with an operator."" Of course you can be connected with the operator only during working hours. You were informed about this in the chat on 22.12.2025
Opening hours: Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00, Saturday: 08:00–17:00, Sunday: closed
There is no reason for return in our system that "parts became cheaper", that’s why bot couldn’t open the claim.
We can’t see where you were told that getting in contact with a representative could take hours. Please send us screenshot, we would like to check it.

After many years of experience, needs still improvement.
Had a refund delay issue and the online customer service didn't provide much help. After been contacted by higher customer service team, the issue was resolved. But still i think the categorizing of the parts for each car model, should be more carefully. This issue leads in fail orders from customers that after Autodoc don't keeps responsibility. Also i recommend that the persons in customer service(maybe not all), should be more patient when chatting. For the moment can't give more than 3 stars.

Too big items can't be shipped, and tries to buy great reviews after.
I wrote a review about that some bigger items can't be shipped, and their response is that the carrier they use have set a size limit. I only got one option, and that was to buy the same part, for 4 times the price of what Autodoc charges for it from a brand dealer, I have done that twice now. And it doesn't stop there. After writing that review, they are self secure enough to offer me a a small discound on my next purchase, that isn't nearly the extra price I ended up paying, but only If I wrote a new good review on their Trustpilot page. That's the same as trying to pay me money, for writing a false good review. That's not how the world works. Trustpilot is a page that you write a honest review, not something that is not true. Sorry for this, but after receiving multiple emails on writing a new good review, I got tired of ignoring them. Now everyone reading this knows what's going on.
