great people to deal with,and fast transactino

Very solid lift, it has every safety feature you need and the arms have a very low profile, which is great for all of the custom cars on the road these days. It comes with pads for the arms and spacers for lifting trucks and suvs. It is a little slow coming down, but that's literally the only "con" there is. I plan on purchasing another one, along with wheel and tire machines, next month!

On time everything works perfectly

Ordered tire changer and balancer online. Very happy with price and shipping time. Have not tested equipment yet. But appears to be in good condition

Ordered a few pieces of equipment no issue. Trying to get serial numbers, carrier and PRO# - i had to call and prod them

My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features.

Hoping my review can bring improvement tactics for auto Equipment Depot and rightly earned praise to sum and some reconsideration to others. it has been a journey this is my third time I received a the lift because of damage. Shiping company (Sala) thumbs down on your part terrible integrity, as well as the finance company that the Auto equipment uses terrible reviews. my heart goes out to the people that got burned . Now ! For the good stuff. I do have to say Auto equipment has a great customer service Good selection of tools and are not afraid to earn your business. (price match)and I must mention Auto equipments secret weapon and her name is Kristi muro! Thank you so much for hanging in there with me . Some one give this girl a raise! I shopped around some, I got a good price on the product I wanted. So far everything is working out great, install went smooth now I have a few projects to get at.

Got our new hoist delivered just as promised and the transaction was very smooth. My rep beat every other price I could find and included shipping too! Smooth transaction and couldn't be happier about the deal I got!
