This was my second purchase with this company and it was difficult. It took over 6 days to finalize all the documents and ship the items out. I'm still right now waiting on a call from a rep saying if they shipped out all the items I purchased or not.

Me and my son bought a Sunco 9k two post lift. it exceeded our expectations. Everyone that I talked to was very well informed and answered all of my questions. The lift arrived before it was promised which was great. No parts were missing. We installed it in two days with no problems. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a lift to buy it here.

The Packaging was great and parts market well.

I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

Great pricing and service during purchase but slow on delivery could have been due to holiday but holiday doesn't last 3 weeks. Product is terrific but I'm still missing some components that were not delivered and there was no installation instructions or maintenance manual for equipment.

The lady I dealt with was awesome, very friendly answered all my questions. Returned my calls asap when I had additional questions. So cheerful, felt like I knew her. The price was the best I found anywhere. She even found me an installer, not just one but called around and found me the lowest price. She needs a raise. You don't find customer service like that anymore, and she was American, PLAN ENGLISH WOW LOL. Will do business with again. Thank you guys so much can't wait to get it installed.

I was told that I would be receiving equipment between 7-10 days as I write this it has been 26 days and have yet to receive it I tryied to contact 1-800 number and no one answered and got a. Call back next day saying that it will be delivered but just understand that
Your company makes customers sign for blank contract stating that equipment has been received and when I did not receive equipment in promised time I was very concerned because contract had already been signed

Easy approval and after approval, I had three cars in my shop that I needed the tool in order to fix. I really needed the tool I ordered from them fast! I called and ask if there was any way to get my order send out to me in a hurry. My order was to ship out to me on the upcoming Wednesday knowing it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive, however on the day they said my order would be shipped, FEDEX showed with it that same day! My experience with them has be nothing but the best so far and I have no reason to expect anything other than the best, these people are awesome, number one in my book!!!
