The communication from the team members…

The communication from the team members from first contact has been exceptional. The service has been excellent.
I've tried to organise a windscreen and, it's been challenging to say the least.
The team here have organised, set up and checked with me over the last week and I'm impressed.
I'm booked in for next Friday and will definitely update after the job is done.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Wrong vehicle type listed for QLD rego, vehicle is 2019 Mazda MX-5 manual on Auto guru shows automatic they refuse to fix it.
Bridgestone selet Geebung has no idea the vehicle service for 2019 Mazda MX-5 is 10,000 K/M or 12 months they say no it’s only 6 months even though Mazda Australia website says otherwise. They’re rude, angry, aggressive and they’ve no manners. I’m trying to support local businesses but they’re way too rude to have my support. Stay far away take your business elsewhere.

AutoGuru get your process organized

The service center was great but how Auto guru organize this is so odd nobody knew what was going on. It was disorganized and lacked communication. The servicing was fine, hawkins were very honest I would go back but I am unsure if I would use Auto guru to book the next service. (Edit after reply) - not only have I now been chastised over the phone due to my review by Auto guru. The reply implies I was the issue with communication which is not at all accurate. Please note had I waited for a booking confirmation from Auto guru the service would not have happened. However I paid at the time of booking. My review reflects on the booking process and lack of booking confirmation. Hawkins did not confirm the booking until I called them directly 30 mins prior to the service appointment. While your reply is eloquent it lacks accuracy.

Very happy with the whole process from…

Very happy with the whole process from booking to completion of the work. Nick arrived within the booked timeslot and had the brake pads replaced quickly and fuss free

Very professional and easy to request…

Very professional and easy to request and book. The best part was that I needed to change the date due to my Cardiac Specialist requiring an additional appointment. The change of date was completed and I was notified. Really great
