Just received my Lexus CT200h a week after the promised time.
There was a problem with a tow hook, and the car didn't pass the inspection the first time. Then the company said "we'll fix it" and go for the inspection again.
Today I received the car without the tow hook. I don't need it, but the communication could have been better (minus star).
Plus found extra imperfections, which were not listed: a paint chip on the hood, missing antenna on the top, moisture in the back light and the second key with a dead battery, and the worst: rear tires from 2011 (it's 2023 today) with small side cracks - have to replace them asap. Minus star.
The driver Michel, who brought the car was professional and polite (plus star).
Hope these are only problems, and no other hidden problemns would emerge in future.
this company is great in every way .. from start to finish they guide you .. its easy to use online .. but the helpdesk earns even more stars .. the team that works there is so friendly on the phone and guide you trough every question you have .. if you send an email youll get an aswer whitin an hour .. the let you know every step off the procces were they are .. they send you a track and trace of the driver who delivers your car .. and even the driver is really friendly and walks trough how your new car works .. were the imortant points arre .. and were you need to email or call when you have a question .. and even then its not over .. the have an amezing aftercare .. to see if your still happy whit the service .. and if you have any questions you can still give them a call .. i wish i chould give more than 5 stars because this is the best experiance ive ever had :)
What a smooth process of buying a car! It took two weeks from when I reserved the car until its delivery. Contrary to some of the Google reviews I read, I didn't encounter any delays in the process and the customer service was excellent. They were able to answer of all my questions almost instantly. All in all, a hustle-free way of purchasing a car. Fun fact: the car arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date initially by specified Autohero.
Very good service and easy to process. Friendly and helpful staff. I am happy with the car I purchased and the service they provided. 10/10

Autohero offered great guidance in purchasing my car. They track your order well and are always available for questions. Everything went smoothly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
DONT trust their claims about quality checks, I bought the car and realized after 2 days that the fuel tank is broken, and as it was cold at the time I bought the car, I didn't use the air conditioning at all, and now I realize that it is broken. I found that most of the cars from these companies have problems after I bought the car, I have heard that they have a bad reputation for these problems.

there is no office, no gallery to see the vehicles, to check them. it is a pure chance that the vehicle is good, just like a lotto game. no thanks this is not an honest sales strategy and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The whole experience went perfectly, starting with the people who helped me understand how the process of buying a car works and ending with the moment I became the owner of one. I always had the information I needed, every step was explained to me, the communication is great. The whole process is simple and that's great. I was kept informed of every step the car goes through until it is delivered to my house , the car is in perfect condition. The services are incredible and I'm glad I chose autohero and I will definitely recommend it.

Buying a car online is scary. But autohero made it painless. The car we bought was exactly in the condition as advertised, paperwork was complete and technically everything checks out. The buying process and communication was easy, people were nice and reaction times were fast. This took a leap of faith, but autohero came through. I recommend.
Update 26/1/'23
Rear window heating doesn't work. Since I bought the premium technical insurance I thought this would be simply fixed. Not so. Took me quite some time to figure out how to contact autohero for technical issues. You have to issue a 'claim' as it turns out, through an email address. Took over a day to get answer back that I had to make an appointment in an Opel garage in my area (I have a Toyota Auris) to have it diagnosed and fixed.
As expected, the owner of the Opel garage looks at my car, states it's no repair 'for him' since it's not an Opel and does nothing, but states he will contact autohero regarding the diagniose of the broken window heating -which he doesn't, as I found out weeks later. So I contact Aitohero again, and they say I need to contact Carglass for diagnose, quotation based on picture evidence. Carglass does not offer diagnostic services, nor wil they provide 'proof' that my car window is damaged.
This process is taking over 6 weeks now. I'm afraid what will happen if ever my car has a problem preventing me from driving. One thing is clear: the premium technical insurance Autohero offers is not the way to go to insure yourself of fast interventions. I cost me nearly 600€ on top of the car sale price, and I feel cheated by Autohero.
They can sell, they don't take good care of the car they sold you afterwards, although you pay a steep price in advance.

Home delivery is a great option to have, especially if you cannot travel around in Belgium, if you are looking for a specific car. Also the offer is wide, a lot of cars to chose from. Staff is very friendly and available by phone and email.

Internal Communication could be better in Autoherp, however the car is in an excellent condition and the overall experience it´s good.
