I regret ever putting my case to this company there really slow in what they do and seems like unless the claim is big they won’t give a damn about ur case and you got to do all the chasing yourself , in 3 months I had one email sent to me about updating me on my case . Customer service is a joke they will never call u unless u call 5-6 times n weeks . I gave them my honest opinion and said there customer service is realy bad and my claim handler called Lauren hung up on me IT SEEMS LIKE THEY KNOW THEY ARE RUBBISH AT THERE JOB AND HAVE NO EXCUSE FOR IT OR JUST CANT BE BOTHERED PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CASE RESOLVED QUICK AND DEFINITELY IF IS A SMALL CLAIM DONT EVEN BOTHER UNLESS IS JUST LAUREN TAHTS A BAD CLAIM HANDLER

Upon having a none fault accident I contacted ALS to assist me with my claim. It was the best thing I did! They took all the stress out of dealing with it all and I genuinely can’t thank Lauren Thwaites enough for her help and assistance. Even feel like one star is pushing it. On the recommendation of a friend we used ALS; honestly it was more infuriating and harder work than going through our own insurer. I was told it would be hassle free and they’d sort everything. No chance.
I sent the requested ID info email 4 times because their system doesn’t link emails and the person I originally sent it to was off and they couldn’t access their email and then they were struggling to open the images. I was then asked to send it via WhatsApp, again to be told they couldn’t open the iPhone photos. Off my own back I had to reformat all images and email AGAIN! After 3 weeks eventually get the go ahead to then be called by the rudest/ cheekiest individual that tells my partner he won’t be insured for the hire vehicle as he didn’t have a particular document. We told him that everything had been sent and he needed to speak to the person who had received the email. Was told she was off and unless I sent it directly to him, he wasn’t being insured. I told him I was in the middle of something and he needed to go and speak with his manager to get the details. His response was “it’ll take you a minute to send me the details or I’m not insuring you”. Respectfully at this point I hit the ceiling and asked to speak to a manager who sorted it almost immediately. It was his total lack of ‘give a toss’/ too lazy to walk across the office to get said document. Pal it’s your actual job.

I had to send more ID and documentation to ALS than I would have had to send to my insurer. Absolute hassle. (This was a non fault claim). When I did email with my frustrations, it was dismissed. Never again.

Not even the third party vehicle hire company or the coach works garage had a nice thing to say about their experience with ALS. Absolute shamble.

I called ALS instead of my insurance company by mistake and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! They have been so efficient and helpful, they collected my damaged car and had a hire car on my drive the same day. Can’t thank them enough. Diabolical - following a no fault accident on 2/6/21 I have been dealing with Auto Logistic Solutions. I have had to chase them every step of the way, from organising replacement child seats to a having to speak to the body shop where my car was repaired in order to arrange for it to go back to have the work completed correctly. I have been fobbed off constantly. Really disappointed with the service they have/are providing.

Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been amazing. The first chap that called me was really lovely and clear about what would happen next with my vehicle and the replacement. Since then I have been speaking with Lisa who is really relaxed, friendly, understanding and helpful. It is refreshing to be able to speak with genuine people at the other end of the phone. Especially when dealing with the stress of a car accident.

ALS dealt with my claim after someone ran I to my car. Cheryl Bolton dealt with everything and made everything so easy and hassle free. Even sorted a car to use while mine was being fixed. The garage who done the work on the car also did a brilliant job on the car you would never know it was ever damage. Great service all round. Would 100% recommend using ALS to anyone.

ALS dealt with my claim after someone pulled out on me. Cheryl dealt with everything and sorted me a car while mine was in for repairs. Everything was sorted and I was back on the road in 2 weeks and I didnt have to pay anything. Would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish ALS were very consistent with communication, they supplied a courtesy car from the very start and overall I was very happy with their service.

On Friday April 9th 2021 about 14:15 I was driving my car a Skoda Fabia reg'SF15 RSK. with my niece driving eastbound on main Glasgow Road in busy traffic as I was passing a side road junction called East Lane which was on my right a white Vauxhall Corsa sped out hitting my off side passenger door severely denting it on impact. I was shook up and so was my niece Linda Benjamin who was sitting in the front passenger seat thankfully not in Rear seat after moving out I consulted driver of the other car, Miss Kellyann Gordon who was in tears and saying sorry it's my fault witnesses came forward. I contacted the Garage (RALTEC 12 Wallneuk Rd Paisley, PA3 4BT) that I deal with and they dealt with my car and your company Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd dealt with my claim to my entire satisfaction.

I've never had a car accident before and could not believe how well this company looked after me through this. They did everything at speed and kept me up to date with progress. Very understanding in a field I had never been in before. Great service. Many thanks.
