Amazing from start to finish!
Amazing from start to finish. We had a lengthy process providing all the details for a non-fault crash and the ALS team (in particular, Cheryl B.) were extremely helpful/informative.
They managed everything effectively and arranged the appropriate hire car whilst my vehicle was getting fixed.
Nothing bad to say about the team/business and would recommend to all!

Terrible Comminication
I was referred to this company and was asked to, and sent all the details, including dash cam footage for a no fault accident. In the later stages of the procedure the only time I had contact with the company was when I instigated the contact. The final occasion (9/5/23) I contacted them - via live chat - I was told that they had decided they couldn't help and the file had been closed. Pity they didn't bother informing me....

Unfortunately the telephone number that you provided for the third party is not in service and we have had no response from their insurers in relation to the liability aspect.
In order for us to proceed without their acceptance we need your completed statement that was sent to your email Apr 01, 2023 10:16 AM. We also need sight of the estimate from your nominated repairer as we discussed with your husband Apr 27, 2023 10:34.
Having not received either of the above your file was to be “reviewed to be closed” at which point a final email to outline this was drafted to be sent. Please accept our apologies that this was not explained during your call to our offices yesterday, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
A reminder has been sent to your email today for the statement, please contact your nominated repairer and ask them to compile an estimate as soon as possible in order for us to proceed.

The Excellent Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd
I was quite surprised that my insurance company passed me to Auto Logistic Solutions Lt to process my claim. From the first phone call to all the communications, this company is so professional and always keeping in touch to tell you what is happening, arranging a hire car (which was pure luxury!) and letting me know the next steps. I cannot fault them at all. From Michelle, the Technical Claims Advisor to Jason and Lisa at the Transport Department and the folk who dropped off the hire car, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful.

Lisa Collins from transport has made my day. This absolute amazing, phenomenal lady not only went above and beyond to get my car back to me. She was down to earth, respectful. Her skills are out of this world. Honestly never came across a soul like her. I would recommend ALS only due to Lisa and her efforts. Properly looked after👍
Involved in non fault car accident and Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd assigned me a dedicated staff member Michelle who was fantastic. My damaged car was picked up in 90 mins and I had a hire car delivered to my house same day. They handled everything with minimal fuss, it was like being wrapped in cotton wool. Many thanks for making a traumatic experience more comfortable.

Took all stress away from a stressful situation
From initial contact, the claim team were helpful, confident and calming. Once the basic details had been established they were extremely efficient at having our vehicle collected and a replacement provided. We had regular contact from the team to reassure us we were being kept informed and had all we needed. Really took all the stress away from what could have been an extremely stressful situation

Support through a difficult time
My car was hit in a hospital car park whilst I was at my mothers bed side and she died the next day. Auto Logistics Solutions handled all the additional stress of having to sort my car out for me. Arranged for my car to collected and taken to a local garage and promptly arranged a replacement vehicle whilst mine was repaired all completely free of charge. Great company
Great company who handled everything and took all the stress out of an accident that happened through no fault of my own. Once all the information was given everything was handled swiftly and was kept informed of the process at all times. From organising suitable replacement car while awaiting repairs to excellent customer service I would definitely use again although I hope I don’t have a need for it.

Someone ran into the back of me while I was stop at lights on a roundabout…Auto Logistics picked car up from house bringing a courtesy car with them… repaired car and brought it back to house! Brilliant!!!
