What a scam. We paid Tyres & Alloy Insurance (£645), SMART insurance (£645) as Dealer highly recommended both, and they have not been registered for 2 years. When we needed repair, talking to customer service was impossible, they made the dedicated phone line deliberately hard to reach. Any claim within the allowance has been refused and we are left with damage and no support. I wish this scam company goes away soon. Also filed complain to dealer as they haven't been transparent with referral fee and their own work on the same.

I recently changed cars and had a year’s Gap insurance left for my old car which I wanted refunded, having taken out three years’ Gap insurance on my new car.
When I called your company the telephone options were all online or to use an App. I wasn’t confident to do this so managed to speak to a very helpful person on the phone, Hayley I think.. She arranged for me to be sent an e-mail with a link which I completed. Lesley Humphreys then arranged for my refund which I have received in my account this morning.
Thank you for this and to your helpful staff. I think there should still be an option of speaking to a Customer Services Advisor.

Of course, until I have reason to make a claim, it is difficult to comment on either the quality of the company or the wheel insurance policy I have taken out.
£300 for a 3 year policy, I consider to be good value.
