Overall the experience was good, but could not get through on the phone at all to try and swap a repair site on the car, tried numerous times and no one picked up, had to stick with the original repair site in the end as just could not get a answer. The repair that was done by the shine time was very good, as was the technician Steve.

I have been sent a number of emails from Premium Credit saying that they have taken over my Direct Debit and I need to sign a document to confirm that this is the case. This was unbeknown to me when I took out your insurance. I though I would be dealing with Auto Protect directly and not Premium Credit.

Mixed review. Very good initial contact. Good communication. Repairer arrived ahead of time. Work was to repair 4 chips on rear near side door. Colour match was excellent but overall finish was poor. Chips had disappeared to be replaced by at least 10 indentations! Repairer put it down to contamination?. I also pointed out that the panel sprayed had scratches/swirls, odd I thought as it was a new layer of lacquer. Repairer tried to polish out but they are still there. Repairer said would have to be redone!After repairer left I noticed a dull area on the front near side door, perhaps over spray? Contacted head office who have booked me in for remedial work. Really hope it's sorted this time.

So much trouble to submit a tiny dent,you cannot get anyone to answer the phone.Tryiny to get a picture of a tiny dent very difficult so you can see it on white paint.
