Wrong fit larger than what I ordered no return address or a way to contact customer service this evidently happens another with these folks

Had a defective part. They were helpful and had warranty parts shipped out in a very quickly

I wasted $50 on an overpriced part. Found it cheaper on eBay... Ok, that's my fault. Here's the kicker. This trash company will charge you to return an unopened box. That's fine make your $10 off me.

From what I can tell all this company is doing is marking up china parts and then pretending to be something more.

You can literally just go to eBay and save yourself the 40-60% markup this clowns pit on everything.

I ordered a lower left control arm with ball joint for my 2014 Subaru Legacy with the 2.5L. It arrived promptly and was able to schedule it in with my mechanic friend.
Everything went smooth till we backed the car out and steering wheel was an entire 1/4 rotation out. My mechanic and I where puzzled as we had not touched and steering components. We where left with no other choice but to remove it. We compared it to the old one and the old one was at least 1/2" longer from stabilizer link mount to center of ball joint.
As to not leave me stranded I had to pay my mechanic to reinstall the old one.
I have initiated several emails with customer service, sending pics ads requested for Case # 729691, this has been going on now for two weeks of me trying to chase them down, extremely disappointed with the customer service.
I have heard nothing at all.

I ordered the part through the site and it stated that it fit my vehicle. I was happy and excited when it got here and then found out it wasnt the correct fit. Contacted the customer support and they made me wait 6 days with no respone until I called and they stated it was for Canadian Market. I asked where it stated this and why it said it would fit my vehicle. They said I could return it but i would have to pay for shipping which would amount to the price of the part. I still have pictures of the sight and the part I ordered where it doesnt state anywhere that its for canadian market.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a part online said it was the right one when I got it it was not the right fit. And then they tried to tell me I didn't put in my information right And then told me to pay for the shipping for it to go back to them

Good parts at affordable price.
I ordered few times calipers,hub bearing assembly and brake rotors.No issues and last same as oem.

I purchased a set of lower control arms for a 2014 pathfinder, after 8000km the bushings were worn out. Parts appear to be cheaply made. Parts are 1 month out of the 6mo.warranty, Auto Shack says they are "very sorry".
It appears lower price = Cheap product.

I only ordered once from this website but I have zero complaints. I ordered 2 brand new full strut assembly’s and it was only $215 with free shipping. I installed them myself and they seem to be great so far. Vehicle handles and rides much smother then before I changed them out. Quality parts for an unreal price. Will buy from here again if I need parts in the future.

UPDATED: After arguing with multiple customer service representivates they finally refunded me for a part that they sent which was incorrect. Still 100% stay away from this website. They will be dishonest,lie,delete part listing and do everything they can to not refund you if they are wrong.

What a racket, I ordered online Sunday, Monday nothing, Tuesday they said it was shipped, Tuesday afternoon the Label was not created yet as per UPS. So it has not left yet so I won't receive it this week as promised. They are a lying bunch and will charge you big for restocking....never buy from them
As an answer to their reply, "I order the part with no knowledge of the mentioned holidays as the website did not show the case. A pour excuse to put the blame on to customers.
Just received an update from UPS, My package is to arrive Monday, so 8 days from my order. Isn't it a lousy outfit. do yourself a favor and stay away from them

I ordered through Auto shack on Saturday and paid for Express shipping meaning two days that's what it says or claims on the website I understand that I ordered on Saturday but say I ordered on Monday I'm still not going to get my shipment until Thursday meaning that's not express shipping I paid $20 for when I could have just got the free shipping through Auto shack and got it at the same time so you ripped me off for $20 I will not ever be ordering nothing else to you and I advise my friends and family to do the same I called this morning spoke to a representative she claimed that she was going to refund my $20 back for the express shipping ends up calling me back and saying they can't do that so I'm out of $20 and and don't get my express shipping which is b*******

My experience was great, my loaded steering knuckle arrived quickly and very well packaged in shrink foam. Installed perfectly and works as well as original.

I bought parts from auto shack and I had no problems at all. I purchased a radiator for my 2012 Impala perfect fit thank you very much a satisfied person

I'd give a 0 but it wouldn't let me. I spoke with a representative and he gave me part# to order for car. I did more searching and because this was fastest company for shipping time we went with them. So I ordered the parts based off what representative gave me. Received parts today 01.11.23@ 12:39pm and when arrived they were wrong. Called to get these shipped back and get correct parts sent on 01.11@2pm but was told I had to pay for shipping because they "couldn't" find my phone call. So now I have to pay for their representative mistake!!! This company is a scam!!!!! Making me pay $90.00 in shipping cost for $143.00 part. This way they get the New NEVER removed from box/plastic wrap parts back for 53.oo to resale Full price. They made money off THEIR mistake and I have to pay. RIP OFF COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bought a what they said was “new” power steering pump. Leaking after minimal use over 7 months in my Jeep. Maybe 400 miles at best. They said the warranty expires in 6 months. A part like that should certainly have a warranty longer than that! Customer service wanted nothing to do with it and just said sorry! The pump still looks brand new except for fluid leaking out of it from the seal!

Update, removed pump and found pinched O ring installed during manufacturing leaking. Took back cover off and O ring was broken! Certainly was issue upon assembly just took it some use to fully blow out and aggressively leak. Not normal wear and tear!

So I’m the end this product was defective and since I barely used my Jeep in the past 6 months the failure-damaged O ring blow out was delayed. ALL other pumps come with minimum of 1 year and some lifetime!

So I ordered my part and somehow they managed to send me the wrong rear shocks. Not knowing that and trusting that a supposedly reputable company will stand by their products. Fat chance so now I'm out of money and stuck with the wrong part.

I had a very rude supervisor, and between her and the other employees I've been lief to so much. I paid for express shipping, and DHL hasn't even received my part yet so it can be delivered. The supervisor hung up on me. They've given me 2 different days that I will be getting my part. Then they change those days. I have never had suck a horrible experience besides with ebay. Right now Autoshack and Ebay are the worst companies to deal with. Everyone except 2 women were very rude couldn't be honest, or do anything I asked them to do. I paid for express shipping so I could get my part faster. These women refused to help me locate the part. They both lied to me. I really think those lady's need more customer service training. I don't appreciate the way the acted. The gentlemen I spoke with all helped me especially the last gentleman. I really appreciate that he understood, and got to the bottom of the whole situation.

I was looking for a radiator for my 2012 Nissan Quest and ran across Auto Shack on the web. Price was super reasonable…$200 cheaper than the local market where I’m from so I ordered it. To my surprise, part came in 3 days after order, well packed and brand spanking new. Installed it and it was a perfect fit. Will do business with again!
